I had the mountain massage after climbing Mount Kinabalu, and it was the perfect thing that I needed to relax after the climb. It was truly the best massage I've ever had, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming which elevates the experience even more. The place offers very personalized and friendly service. I recommend it highly. Foot bath first then massage. Cost: 266 MYR.
The spa has its own bathroom inside the spa area.
Reception & staff very professional and friendly.
Room temperature: sometimes a bit too cold
Massage bed: they use a mattress on the floor so no hole for keeping your head/neck straight like in standard massage beds.
Location: on the 5th floor of the building (lift and other floors look a bit dodgy but once you are inside the spa, it is all good and nice). The ambiance was very relaxing and the individual chalets for the treatment were very private. The only issue I had, was on my departure when a male employee took over my exit and billing and his behaviour/presence took the shine off. I would recommend this Spa for anyone to visit. The foot massage is a definite must, as well as the full body massage. We were greeted at the taxi drop off and taken to location. Greeted with ginger tea in a lovely area. Taken to our massage area and had the 1.5 hour massage which flew by. I would highly recommend this for people saying in the kota area. Was easy , people were so so friendly and a great massage đź‘Ť. Also advised us on other areas to see while on vacation and then a taxi back to the hotel . The prices for the various packages are cheaper than those units on the ground floor, so do spend some time to ask around before deciding where you intend to get your massages.
My husband and I visited this place twice since we stayed 5 nights in Kota Kinabalu. For our first visit, my husband did 1 hour of foot reflexology with 1 hour of body massage at MYR100 while I did foot scrub, foot reflexology and body massage (total of 2 hours 10 mins) at MYR138. On our second visit, we tried 2 hours of Body Massage at MYR116 each. The massage was great, we wanted to go back again next day but it was a pity they happen to be having a rest day. The place looks shady from outside and especially downstairs where many spa promoters are trying to get you into their spa. You have to ignore so many of them and just look for Rafflesia. We arrived around 10:30 PM, and despite it being fully booked, the manager kindly directed us to their other branch, Nina Borneo Family Reflexology.

- WunsiewCardiff1 contributionIt was my third time to Kota-Kinabalu and I must say Asian Anti-Aging Services was the best place ive ever been to for a short relaxing break. I cousin actually recommended me there, at first i was a bit confuse as I thought it was some anti-aging centre however i was very amazed with the treatments they offer at their centre. Not to mention the friendly staff who works there. When i arrived, a consultant guided me into her room as she slowly explains the types of services, promotion and packages available at their centre including the cost and duration. I chose the Traditional Dusun Massage, Hydrotherapy and Health scan where they take a small sample of my hair before I start the massage. At the end of the treatment, they handed me over my health report and explained my health condition. I never knew I had some skin allergies, they gave me some homeopathy remedy to consume. After 4 days, I realized that the dry patches on my upper arm had dissapeared! I am so pleased with the results and would deffinately come back again! Oh yes! They also gave me a small sample of their Misai Kuching Tea. Excellent Herbal Tea!
The Spa is based in KK Times Square, you dont have to worry about getting a transport there, they actually provide a free pick up service within KK area!!!
