- Emmie S40 contributionsThe scenery here is absolutely beautiful. My family and I enjoyed exploring the trails, getting wet in the creek and learning about Roswell's history. This was by far the best part of our trip and my family agrees hands down, we could have spent the whole day there exploring. Such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Also the park and creek were very clean. Seems to be a locals favorite for families to visit, picnic, hike and take a dip in the creek to cool off on those hot summer days. A must see if you ever visit Roswell.Written June 21, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Tamara MAtlanta, GA1,273 contributionsWhat an interesting and unique museum. My husband and I learned about this museum from one of the people who worked there, when we were at a gathering for an unrelated event. We had not heard of it and were excited to go. We had some friends in town and thought that since the husband worked in IT he would really enjoy it and he loved it. We all did! There is so much great information at this museum and it is really fun to look at how far computers have come. They also had an astronaut exhibit going on at the same time and it was also extremely interesting. I would definitely recommend this museum to everyone, even if computers are not your thing, you will love it.Written October 28, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - C GOcala, FL108 contributionsEnjoyed touring this home and the buildings that supported the main house. Great they offered a audio tour by contacting a phone number.
We were greeted by a historian that was a wealth of information about the area, home and the Archibald Smith family and legacy. We'll worth taking in. Plus it's free.Written September 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Thank you to Leslie who was such a great guide and also recommended a delicious place for lunch, The Fickle Pickle.Written April 1, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - NW748Washington426 contributionsBeautiful old home that has been well maintained. It was neat to see that the majority of the furniture and items were either from the original family or descendants of the family. The docent was very friendly and knowledgeable about the home. Enjoyed hearing stories and the background of the family. Takes about an hour by the time you do the first floor tour and look upstairs.Written January 15, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GoVols79Chattanooga, TN3,985 contributionsMy son and I experienced the Chattahoochee River by tubing through NOC in Roswell. It started in Don White Memorial Park and ended at Azalea Park. Tubes and life jackets are provided and a shuttle takes you back to your car. Great way to see the river and the process could not have been easier.Written October 1, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ProvenExponentMarietta, GA365 contributionsWe’ve walked this “boardwalk” which goes over a marsh like area and over to Willeo. The boardwalk becomes a wide concrete path interspersed with additional boardwalk sections. Very nice views of the wildlife that live in the area. It’s popular but due to its width it’s not congested. We’ve seen several types of duck and egrets. About 1.5 miles to the end. Of course another 1.5 miles back to the start. Very limited parking close by but within a half mile from the Azalea Drive entrance additional parking is available.Written February 29, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DanPanama City Beach, FL14,114 contributionsMy wife and I took our four year old Granddaughter to Riverside Park for the first time. Located at 575 Riverside Road this community park has lots to offer. My Granddaughter spent an hour running around and playing with the other kids in the large green space by the concert stage. Next up was the playground. We got her slowed down long enough to have lunch at one of the picnic tables. After lunch we all enjoyed walking the trail down by the river. It was a beautiful day for a family outing. The park is safe, clean and well maintained. We will definitely return when the Sprayground opens for the summer season. Open daily; plenty of parking; Amenities you will find at the park include:
1-Concerts/Outdoor Stage
2-Concession Stand
3-Pavilion with picnic tables, grill, & restrooms, water fountains
4-Canoe & Kayak launch
5-Fishing allowed / Docks
6-River/Creek Access
7-Hiking/Walking Trails by the Chattahoochee River (Dog friendly but must be on a leash)
8-Free WiFi
9-Sprayground for the kiddos (Open during the summer season)

We had such a great time walking around and we even brought lunch and had a picnic near the Chattahoochee River. We watched people tube and kayak down the river and saw some beautiful wildlife. We also walked on the trail and enjoyed that very much too. We look forward to our next visit.Written July 13, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
