It has a nice pavilion and playground (open area) where you can plan games with your family. It's easy to connect the two greenways via bike lanes on Windward; sidewalks everywhere else. No where else in Cumming can you experience the history of Cumming, GA. The theatre is a little small, but this doesn't effect the quality of the sound or show. I love strolling through the rooms and hallways. My recommendation when visiting this place, bring someone with you who is either from Cumming or went to school here. This place is open only once a month , and we were fortunate enough to visit the august market .. amazingggggf it was . There were so many vendors . So many different things on sale . U name it - brass items , antique items, paintings, home decors, furnitures , rugs, - you get everything here . Some things are expensive .. and some are affordable and cheap. We bought so many things for our home . We really loved it overall. 3$ per person entry .. not bad at all. Parking is a problem, but we got a space after 10-15 mins of drive . - Steve MCumming, GA17 contributionsIt's a phenomenal park. Very clean, no trash anywhere. Lots of families using the lake, with kayaks, canoes and stand up paddle boards. There's a boat ramp here too. Separate parking for cars and vehicles with trailers. Very family oriented park.
