This was a wonderful tour through the work of Louis Comfort Tiffany, as collected and restored by his extended family. It showed their respect and admiration for his artistry, and the presentation is exquisite. As said in other reviews, the entry fee is so low as to lower expectations for the experience; and parking was free. We visited here about 12 years ago, when the museum was still assembling its displays, and promised ourselves to return at some point. It was definitely worth it.

This is a hidden gem with polite, helpful and passionate staff who I believe may be volunteers. The story of Polasek is heart-warming, the museum is owned by a foundation and guests support its continuation. Extra-ordinary quality sculptures, particularly of the anatomical features of the human body. Great guide took us around the house and explained the exhibits. Compared with other Orlando admission prices this is exceptional value. Make this part of a day visit to Winter Park, there are lots of other gems in this area, a refreshing break from the main tourist trail in Orlando.

This is a well-appointed park surrounded by a wide range of restaurants and cafes, really interesting and good value museums, local access to boat trips and some high-class shopping.

Rollins is known to have one of the most beautiful campuses in America. Walking around the campus in early spring certainly confirms that statement. The buildings are colonial Spanish and each unique. The grounds are beautifully kept. The lakeside views are lovely. A very enjoyable place to spend half of the day. Anyone you meet campus is friendly and wants to share their experiences of Rollins.

Very peaceful and well laid out place. Not very big and only a few parking spots that quickly fill up on any good day, but great views of the water with plenty of space for a picnic.

I've spent many years boating on this clean smooth lake. It's full of alligators, so I will not swim in it. Cruise around and see all of the mansions and Rollins College. You can picnic at Dinky Dock to enjoy the lake from the shore. People do swim there.

Short trip to a lovely neighborhood and around the outside of a beautiful Spanish home. Older furniture, but only 1 piece from the original. Can't believe they moved this house in one piece from 1 location to another because it's so well preserved.

This small museum is located on the lake-front of Rollins College. There are a few parking spaces in front - I am not sure where you park if those are full. Admission to the museum is free. When we visited they were having an exhibit of African textiles and jewelry - it was very well presented, although it was difficult read the printed labels on the exhibits. They also had a modern redo of some Normal Rockwell art based on the freedoms in the United States - very interesting. And there was small exhibition of paintings. The museum has a large collection, but only small galleries so most of their collection is not on view - they are trying to build a big museum.

It was our first time at the park today! We went around 1pm on a Friday and surprisingly it wasn’t too busy. Even my small dog was able to enjoy the big dog section. If you have a dog this park is a must go! So beautiful and plenty of space for dogs to rome free.

I was unable to reserve a tour online due to technical error, so I emailed in regards to it & Julie was quick to respond and made a reservation for me that night. Exceptional customer service! My party of 4 arrived about 30 minutes early and Sam behind the bar was hilarious, very knowledgeable & helpful with all the different kinds of beers they had on tap. The tour itself was awesome as well - very informative, fun & enjoyed the entire hour. The sampling was also a huge, delicious plus! Definitely going back in the near future.

Very pretty town that's got lots going for it. Good shopping, good restaurants, museums, boat tours, Rollins College. Expensive.

Beautiful green area. Access is free and there is an immense amount of space to walk, sit and relax. I'm glad I took a detour to visit this place

This is a nice, very small but well-done historical museum. It's just one room really, but it has rotating exhibits. We were there September 16, 2021, and it had the history of Rollins College, which is an old college in town. Wife and I lived in the area in the 1970's, so we thought it might be fun to see. The display of Rollins history was very well-done, with lots of photos, historical signs on the walls, and a bunch of scrap books and yearbooks on period tables. It's really small, so it's free of charge, but they do have a donation box, so help them out if you can. It is right next to the railroad tracks, and I think the building might have been an old train station or something.

Nice little out of the way corner of Winter park with some good restaurants and outdoor tables to sit and people watch while sipping on a glass of wine!
