Great park with plenty of shade, canoe rentals playground area, picnic tables, a short, shaded hiking trail, butterfly gardens, and geocache.
The bathhouses were always super clean (very important since we are in a pop up camper), the park is very clean, the sites are small but pretty private and full of wildlife- Turtles, raccoons, rabbits.

As we entered the park, we must say it was well maintained, and the view off of the Myakka River from the shorelines edge was fantastic.Had a great time, and plenty of birds, turtles,and the like to see.
