The birthday parties are great because there is a park like a normal place has for kids but on top of that there are tons of animals to pet, pines to feed, a train ride where you can see tons of animals go by.
Everyone in attendance was amazed at how much fun everyone was having, and we were all relaxed allowing the kids play while the staff was stationed around to help with the animals.

Our family loves taking the trolley from Ybor to downtown and back and the best part is that it is free.
We took the kids to explore the River Walk this weekend, and decided the best way to get there was by the TECO streetcar.

The kids can run and run in this spacious area, and the park has climbing, swinging, spinning and tons of fun for the kids and benches for adults to sit and talk within eyesight of their kiddos.
What a great park for a rest along the Hillsborough River walk and near the Tampa Museum of Art, Germany Library, Glazer Children,s Museum and Straz Center.

The stadium is easy to get around and pre game team warmups give many of the fans an opportunity to get up close to the players and the kids a chance to get a ball tossed to them and get an autograph.
Whenever I go, I see a nice mix of adults and children--young and old---male and female!! Food is good and parking is a breeze!

totally best place in the area to live! the houses are lovely, the local area is great to bring up your children and the place has the best schools in florida!
While visiting family in the area, we drove along Bayshore Boulevard to view the old elegant homes that were most likely built during Florida's boom days in the 40's and 50's.
