- Brandon C17 contributionsI really enjoy this fun dive, especially being a fairly new diver as it was a great experience for both me and my family. Two of my favorite marine animals are the hammerhead and eagle ray, and I was able to dive with both here. The customer service provided was exceptional from the beginning to the end of the dive. - RL PRichmond, VA7 contributionsMy wife and I started shopping there several years back when in Orlando and we always shop there for our gear when in town. We took our grandson there for snorkeling gear and they were extremely helpful and friendly. He was nervous and they talked to him about it and now he would like to try scuba diving. We were just there and again they helped us with travel gear for scuba equipment. They were helpful and answered our questions about places to dive and places of interest. I am sure I have the names wrong but Lauren and Walter along with the rest of the staff was great. - Christy I9 contributionsHIGHLY Recommend! I did my research before choosing this center and can you they stand apart from others in countless ways. Expert Knowledge in their field sharing their passion for scuba. They will ensure you are confident in each learned skill spending additional time if needed. Additionally encourage continuing growing skills by diving as well as coordinate dives. Truly an amazing Team and experience throughout start to finish of my course. Good price, comfortable classes, amazing flexibility with my crazy work schedule. I was scared out of my mind, but was determined to get SCUBA certified. Rick was incredibly patient and got me through my hesitation so that I could confidently achieve my open water certification.
Fast forward to 2018. I'm literally sitting on a boat in Australia on my way to the Great Barrier Reef and the dive program suddenly won't accept my certification document because it doesn't have a dive number they can look up. I can't get NAUI on the phone from Australia, so I email Rick at 6pm his time as a last resort and let him know what's happening. Nevermind the fact that his office is closed for the day; within minutes, he finds the number from a certification 5 years ago and emails it back to me. This is so far beyond "excellent customer service" I don't even know how to classify it.
You will not regret going with this instructor. - Jim DWinter Springs, FL10 contributionsMy son and I recently received our certification and we are confident that Scuba Dennis (goes by Michael) taught us thoroughly and we are prepared for our diving adventures. This was not a formal process (so if you like rigid formality this will make you crazy) but we did get through the process. He always returned my emails and calls. - James POrlando, FL26 contributionsI've been to Scuba World over the past few years and have completed my PADI open water and advanced courses with John there who has always been very flexible, supportive and encouraging as an instructor. The rest of the team there are always really helpful, give good advice and offer practical experience solutions.
