- Diane B1 contributionOrlando Transfer provided excellent 5-star service. Booking was seamless. I received texts confirming prior to pick-up. Driver met me in the lobby of my hotel and we were on the road prior to my pick up time. The vehicle was an immaculate SUV, large, spacious, and clean. Car seat in the trunk if we needed. Driver offered us water, and checked in with us on our A/C and music preferences for the ride. He updated us on ETA to the destination. The ride was luxurious, safe, and VERY enjoyable! We felt like we were already on vacation. I am giving Orlando Transfer's number to my workplace because this service is the type of car company that is worthy of transporting our VPs when they are in town. We had more than one pick up scheduled and every time he was early and ready to go. He even met us at the airport with a sign with our name on it! Talk about getting a little celebrity like treatment! - engineer64mississippi141 contributionsWe love using Mears and have used them since the transfer from Disney-provided busses. They have always provided timely and safe service. The bus service allows us to avoid carrying car seats or finding taxis/Ubers that include a car seat option. So that convenience alone is nice. We landed in terminal A. The instructions with the reservation directed us to terminal B. BUT, there are numerous misleading directional signs throughout terminal A and B mis-directing passengers. There is even one misleading sign directly above the Check In stand in terminal B that over head pointing away from their stand.
Our wait for the departing bus was reasonable. The return was right on time. The return driver (Popeye) was exceptional - played a Disney DVD when my grandkids were getting restless. Also, he pointed out a very convenient Southwest check in that is right next o Mears return in Terminal B- We would have never noticed it. So, that made our return quick.
Please take some time and walk the terminal as an arriving passenger and notice the misleading signs both overhead and on the posts. They provided excellent service, along with competitive prices. - Greg A1 contributionThis company is awesome! We had George one way and Denis the other. The SUVs both ways were immaculate! Honestly I can't think of a negative thing to say, other than the traffic can be a little frustrating, but clearly not their fault! I will definitely be using them again with my next trip back. Highly recommend, great overall experience. The customer service was simply amazing. Our driver, Gabriel, met us at the baggage area and was very helpful. Good communication with service details: who our driver was and cell numbers for texting. Return pickup a week later with Alexandra was also a very pleasant drive. - TripMember06172016Franklin, TN142 contributionsI took the FREE shuttle from Orlando (Double Tree Universal Hotel) to Busch Gardens in Tampa. It was a nice, comfortable, worry free ride. The shuttle was on time. Our driver, Olga, was professional and a safe driver.
I highly recommend this service if you are good with staying at Busch Gardens the whole day, as the shuttle only drops you off at opening and picks you up at closing. Maybe there will someday be an option to get picked up mid day.
As a side note folks, please tip your driver especially when you receive such professional safe service. The shuttle is free so you aren’t out any money. Price was comparable or less than others we have used.
