My family and I really enjoyed seeing the murals in person, though some of the reviews are spot on about this place. The exhibit itself is not very big and you can see most of the art from the sidewalk. There were cooler pieces of art throughout the neighborhood on random buildings. My boyfriend and I really appreciate art though, so I did not mind paying the fee to see the murals up close. It is worth coming to this neighborhood to see the murals and stop at the Graffiti Museum and unique shops in the surrounding area. I would not go to this neighborhood after dark though. We went in the evening while it was still daylight and people seemed like they were going to party in the streets. We had a kid with us so we moved on quickly after we saw what we wanted to see.

    Beautiful, so well-kept.

Walking here, between the flowers and the architecture, with the views and it feels like another world.

    It's definitely worth it.

We were here in Florida three years ago and toured the area. The graffiti in that area is phenomenal. World class. However many of the older murals on the walls are painted over with new paintings which was both exciting and sad. The quality of the works is amazing. Much of it should belong in a museum. Well worth your time to visit and view all the works of art in the neighborhood.

What is surprising is that many new buildings are being built in the area and taking away some of the old charm.

Parking is an issue and it has become an expense which three years ago, you could park anywhere for free.

I would still recommend going. It’s worth your time.

I’ve visited the Dolphin Mall on a couple of trips now and not been disappointed. Excellent selection of shops including independents and there are some nice restaurants also (including Cheescake Factory - but make sure you book). Pretty busy on most evenings.

Whatever city we vacation in my boyfriend has to visit the zoo. This zoo wasn't disappointing. We did the zoo our last full day in Miami and it was a full day experience. We enjoyed!

Being disabled is not an easy thing especially around a huge crowd, I was very impressed how accommodating it was for me on this particular occasion. Crew seemed very organize trying to get ppl in through parking & security, however, process was a bit slow but it could also be due to the massive crowd. Arriving there early is highly recommend.

We LOVED the MetroMover!! It takes a little to get used to but once you figure it out, you can get all over the downtown area. We had two stations really close to our hotel.

Nice place to visit if you’re looking for something to do, plenty of little shops and tons of food choices. Not a lot of parking close by.

The culture. The liveliness of the area. Stayed in hotel right in the midst of the action. Not too far to walk to the beach.Great food. We didn't know what to expect during holiday weekend but we had a great time. The hotel was obviously an older hotel that was remodeled. It was a change from the larger hotel chains. JULY 2021

Hop on hop off, free ride on an open box that looks like a trolly. Clean, nice driver, give it a try to see Coconut Grove or just to get around.

Great tour. Tour guide Michael was friendly and knowledgeable and Great selection of animals. Much better experience and much more personable than going to a large zoo

Absolutely beautiful park with outstanding food and drink options. I don’t understand why the local community doesn’t support their team with facilities like this. We loved not having to worry about the weather and the climate control was much appreciated!

The Perez Museum features contemporary art emphasizing Latin and Caribbean art. While I am not a great fan of such art, I found the collection a bit limited. There was an current exhibition of contemporary art from Africa which was so-so but the permanent collection was somewhat sparse. Having said that, there were nice Stella and Segal works and an interesting weaving by Igshaan Adams from South Africa. The museum itself , is set in a nice park overlooking the bay in downtown and is quite impressive from the outside. Admission is $16, seniors $12 and parking $15.

We only passed through the park, but there were plenty of benches to relax and take in the view, and a playground for kids to place on. It was a nice place to take a break.
