We came here to do the zombie lab room! The host we had ( a guy, can’t remember the name) he was amazing! He made the whole experience even better than we thought it would be. We struggled a bit as there was only 2 of us but it was brilliant! Definitely want to come back to do another room!

Not a huge variety of machines, but we managed to have a good time overall. I would return, but park close to the entrance. Shady characters wandering around.

this is the coolest fair, the food the rides the fun its all here. come and enjoy yourself. the parking is free but the entrance and the all day riding ticket isnt too much. its worth the trip since this fair is only 14 days long.

This place is the best, food, drinks, games are very cool. Went there after a 2 years and the place has really stepped up their game. If you want to play somewhere and you don't know where to go, this is the place.

Palmetto Bay Park is one of the largest areas of green space in all of the City of Palmetto Bay. It is conveniently located just off US1 and is within walking distance of many neighborhoods. Visiting on a late Monday afternoon there were plenty of people of all ages and races enjoying the park. There are biking/jogging trails, outdoor exercise equipment, soccer, football & baseball fields, a playground, and wide areas of grass and trees. The baseball fields have netting over the bleachers to protect spectators from home run balls. The wildlife I observed over the 1 hour I was present at the park consisted of mostly birds and included: white ibis, mocking birds, blue jays, grackles, and others. The East side of the park was well maintained and had green freshly mowed grass. Unfortunately the far West side of the park does not appear to be routinely maintained as it had a lot of lumpy, sick looking brown grass filled with weeds and trash especially in the Southwest corner. The grass was also long in this West side area and the middle of the field was used as a dumping ground for old metal soccer goals, many of which were lying in rusty heaps on the ground. Besides these eyesores the only other aspect of the park which wasn't cheery, was the Miami Children's Hospital Outpatient Center built on the Northwest side of the park. The park's bike path even goes right up to the hospital's back door. On the positive side, at least the kids inside the hospital can look out the windows to see a park, and maybe play games in the park before or after a medical appointment. There are beautiful shady Poinciana trees lining the jogging trail, perfect for picnicking under. There was also a variety of other flowering and even fruiting plants (mangoes, coco plums) Parking and admission are free. This was my first visit, and I will keep returning.

I crossed this item off my bucket list finally and it was so much fun! The instructors were great and really knew what they were doing. Marc and his team were great and very patient with all of us. My husband was a little worried at first, but after the first time flying, he was hooked and couldn't get enough! Overall, it was just an amazing experience and we had a great time! Very memorable and exciting. If you are in Miami and haven't done this yet, you are losing out! Thanks Marc and team for the experience!

My friends and I had a great experience. The instructor explained everything really good. If you want to do something out of the box, excellent choice. Definitely a must do with your friends who are looking for a good time.

Tried an escape room with my 9 year old daughter. We had the time of our lives.
So thrilling and mind stimulating can’t wait to come back again! Coley was so helpful and fun she made the experience even more joyful! Ricky showed us some cool axe throws that my daughter was so excited to see. Highly recommend this place for families and parties

What a bright addition to the Biscayne Blvd/El Portal community!
Let's first talk about how much I dig the name. Clever. It had been a while since I heard the word, "Poppet". Very cool. This is a lovely place to bring your little one(s) and yourself if in the mood to make, paint, build, mix, paste, draw and dream.
The space is clean...bright and warm and has a very inviting vibe. Remember as a kid when you'd stand in an aisle of a store and depending on what your art drug of choice is (crayons, markers, paint, clay...), you'd think about all of the cool things you could do or make with the various materials that stood waiting of you to unwrap them? Well here it it is. An open space with a giant erase board begging for some cool graffiti,a magnet board with tubes and balls and cups and other fun things to hold and touch, nice big tables of glue, fun fuzzy balls, googly eyes and pipe cleaners...another table with the fun scientific makings of silly putty or "elephant toothpaste", several hip looking easels with paper and paint just begging for a bebe to have a seat and create...a great area with hot glue, wheels and other cool gear with which to fashion something cool...and the greatest table holding sensory water beads which of course both the tiniest kid and biggest adult can dig.
Don't feel like doing art and need to chill while bebe makes art? There are seats available to watch and take it all in.
Natalie and Jana are wonderful and do such a great job of balancing the running of it all while managing to be very hands on as they help guide the scene and provide great ideas. One of the nicest characteristics about The Poppet Project is the fact that everyone has an opportunity to experience the media regardless of age, gender or ability. The variety of offerings meet various developmental levels. How nice to find a place where color, gender, age and all of the other unimportant identifying labels (that have become so burdensome) matter not.
    Just come and do.
Poppet Project is priced based on increments of time spent in the studio and is closed on Tuesdays. FYI re parking--your best bet is to park in that lot of antique stores located on Biscayne between 86th and 87th streets.
Stop in and check it out!
