We spent an entire morning hiking and exploring the nature preserve. This is a very well maintained park. Even in near 100 degree heat we were able to see numerous alligators, birds and other animals in their natural habitat. If visiting the Lakeland area, I highly recommend visiting.

Great for all kinds of pictures from Wedding to Quinceaneras to Baby and Graduation pictures and if you are not there for those just sit on a bench and take in the beauty and see Lake Mirrorfrom the Gardens. In the Fall they had a few Fall Picture Ops there. There are times it maybe closed due to a wedding or other rented event from the rental hall in the building next door.

Great Stadium ... But eat before you go. Beautifully maintained stadium. All the seats are great. Clean and nicely laid out. But food is all but inedible. My burger was just mush and it was not even one burger, just four - seemingly unrelated,- pieces of a burger on a bun. My husband's sausage tasted so much like plastic that he threw it out after one bite. And it takes a lot for him to throw away food. Hot dogs were ok. I am hoping that this a fluke because it is so early in the season and almost none of the food stands were open. But until then we will eat before we go and snack on cracker jacks

Thank goodness the City of Lakeland recognizes this gem. It has been a wonderful place to walk for at least the last 15 years. One of the reasons we visit Lakeland.

FLW did a great job designing the esplanades so you can walk by all of his buildings and stay out of the rain or penetrating sun. I loved all the angles and pretty views throughout campus. We went on the self guided walking tour which was about 1 and a quarter miles and took less than an hour to complete. Map cost $5 at the FLW welcome center.

Plenty of space for children to run and climb and play. Playground equipment for all ages in specified areas--tots to early elementary to older children. Picnic areas to eat lunch or snacks. Easy to meet other children for a fun playtime.

I was in Lakeland for work and found myself exploring Lake Hollingsworth during my time there. I enjoyed the paths and views during my walks. It is prime location for after dinner walks.

Definitely worth a stop to see the black and white swans. Also saw a big American white pelican, lots of ducks, and common gallinules.

Really nice park. Lots of interesting playground equipment with the kids. My daughter especially loved the zip line. I saw so many different birds walking along the water.

Unfortunately, two of the galleries were closed, so we weren’t able to see a lot of art. We enjoyed the school children’s art and the sculpture garden as well. It was nice and free!

Very cool exhibits and history! Attended the 2021 Sun N Fun air expo with family. Had a chance to see the Blue Angels perform a 40 minute show. Great for any aviation fan.

On my first visit I was overwhelmed, by the amount of nostalgia. This place is overflowing with antiques, comics, furniture, china sets, toys galore, etc. You can literally spend two hours and not even be half way seeing the whole store. This a great store to find Disney parks and hotel props for sale, such as, chairs, bed sets, tables, posters, signs, lights, etc. I was shocked to find stuff used inside Mickey Mouse's House, that I can remember seeing when visiting the Magic Kingdom.

Overall this antique mall is an insane nostalgic overload!! It's a great place to just get lost in memory.

After having dinner, my fmily decided to take a stroll around downtown Lakeland, right across the restaurant we ae was Munn Park. The park was decked out for the Christmas festivities. Trees were draped with lights that streamed down, and would beam downward, almost resembling snow fall. The path entrances were decorated with arches. The park itself a very nice town square, well maintained. It is used for local celebrations. The one down side is that parking can get scarce.

Overall Munn Park is great little park for anyone looking for a place to sight see and tour Lakeland's historic district.

This is a great museum! The activities are engaging and fun.... for lower elementary school kids(pre school- 4th grade). It did keep my preteens engaged as a first time experience. The orange room in the basement was super cool! But over all I definitely recommend for younger children!!
