- Judd C3 contributionsTony, Breanna, and Brad were our crew, and there is not one single complaint we have, matter of fact the exact opposite! We took the full day excursion. Brad taught us alot about the history of the area, and alot of fun facts. While on our kayaking portion of the trip, Breanna was very knowledgeable about the mangroves, the wildlife, and spotted (and identified) all of the native water fowl and tree types. Very awesome portion. The snorkeling was great as well. Being a 1st time snorkeler, I was well informed of procedure and how to's, which made it very fun. The wildlife was incredibly cool to see in the coral reefs swimming about.
The views to and from the spots were breathtaking, and the lunch spread was very tasty, with lots of options for sandwich making.
The crew members were absolutely a key part of making our adventure a memorable experience we will treasure for life. We loved getting to know them and hearing their life experiences and sharing of their love for Key West. - Susan G79 contributionsA beautiful trip. JC has a true love of the water , and animals that live in it . We saw crabs and baby lobsters , rode through a mangrove tunnel and enjoyed the peace and quiet. My husband and I never tried a kayak before but it wasn’t hard to learn. Ok, we did bump JC’s paddle board a few times! No one was hurt or dumped into the warm water. I’m thinking we’re the comic relief team for the night. We relaxed for two hours on the Boca Chica sand bar and loved every minute of it. We seen a sea turtle, sting Rey and dolphins showed up and put on a great show. I live in the keys and have been to other snorkeling tours, but this one is outstanding! Nice boat ride with dolphin watch and learning about the Florida keys biology, then kayaking guided tour in the mangroves with the great Hadden that had so much knowledge and interesting facts. Then snorkeling with captain Matt that showed us a huge Goliath grouper, big sting rays, lots of colorful fish and even a shark! The amazing organic lunch was delicious! Would definitely recommend and do it again!
