We experienced Lake Trafford from an air boat provided by Airboats and Alligators. Enter the backwoods of the Florida Everglades. Your guide will take you off the main part of the lake and through the twisting turning paths encased in grass, trees, and bushes that house all manner of wildlife. We even saw COWS! You will see plenty of gators. At some points the water is about two inches deep or LESS so you get to go muddin' in an air boat. Be sure to try one of God's created attractions, Lake Trafford. Give Him the glory for His thoughtful creation!

CREW does excellent job maintaining some beautiful Floridian ecosystems and preserving beautiful nature. The trails allow for close contact with both lush flora and amazing fauna of swamps and marshes. Great area for bird watching.

We just stopped because we saw a parking lot and we wanted to get a better look at some amazing dew-topped spiderwebs. But there was a short walk on a paved trail to a tower, which allowed us to observe a vast array of birds and gators across a gorgeous marsh. Saw roseate spoonbills, great blue herons, tri-colored herons, snowy egrets, anhingas sunning, and more, all at once!

I’m gonna be very brief with this review! There is three friends from here from the Naples area and we visit this casino very often for gambling etc. today we spend several thousand dollars in this facility and after we were done playing we went to first Street deli, which has had the entrance of the casino, and we had a very very bad experience! The person that took care of us his name is Julio. He seemed to be a hostess at the time, tall slender, curly black fluffy hair, very easy to spot! We ask him if he could give us the booth that we usually sit at which is a far left round booth at the corner the restaurant was only 50%. There was plenty of seating available! We have sat here many times and we explained that to him when he ask us how many we were and we said that we were three but that we usually sit at that booth! At that point, Julio said that that was a lie so basically he called us liars And as we were following him to sit us where he wanted us to be seated at he was mumbling some garbage which I clearly understood! With that said I’m expecting for a hotel/casino/resort to be more careful about the staff that they hire and for that staff to behave in a professional manner without offending its customers! Whoever this review concerns, I hope that they actually take measure with this incident that was very inappropriate and we were very disappointed. In fact we were so disappointed that we left the facility And went back to Naples to eat instead of using this restaurant which we like very much and have been going to this facility for years! All three of us left very disappointed at the manner that this staff member Julio treated us for no particular reason whatsoever we were just explaining something when we were called liars! Among other things that he was mumbling, like I said, which we clearly understood because we were right behind him! Acting more like a gangster than a staff member! Thank you

Quick stop off I75- stopped on our way from Miami to Sanibel. Nice little trail, not stroller friendly or anything like that but good for a quick hike. Be careful because many areas are muddy and we had to turn back 3/4 of the way through because the trail had about 8 inches of water that we did not wish to wade through. Really cool plants and birds Throughout.

We were down in Naples for an extended stay, and looking for something to do last week. Someone suggested going to the Everglades Distillery.

The location was easy to find, but the building housed a few businesses and we had to ask which was the distillery. - DOOR # 5 - The interior was a total surprise - a complete 180 from the exterior. It was a well appointed Tasting Room. There were tables with plenty of seating as well as a bar that easily accommodated the 6 of us. The free tasting involved their complete line of vodkas AND whiskeys, poured by the very cordial owners. They took turns pouring and giving us the history and backstory of the distillery.

Interspersed with the liquor, they also had us taste cocktails made with some the vodka/whiskey flavors. Very quickly, we learned to share each tasting with our spouses to limit our alcohol intake - someone had to drive home.

They then took us out to the working area of the business. There, we saw the large vats that are used in the distilling process. We actually got to see the initial step of working with the corn. Jose explained the different steps required to turn the corn into vodka.

An overall fun afternoon - including the purchase of 3 of their flavored vodkas
