- Juan A1 contributionAmazing experience. At first when the idea of going on a boat to see the dolphins sounded boring. But this was not the case, boat went pretty fast and not boring at all. Captain also took its tome to watch dolphinswhen they were playing and fishing.

Randy & Dena were a lovely couple and have so much information getting started and what to expect on our sunset boat ride. It was beautiful and we had an opportunity to see some dolphins, despite it was chilly we had a nice warm fire place, blankets and wine. We were celebrating our Anniversary and the beginning of a new year. - Karen G1 contributionAlways Fun, the captain and crew are a professional group. Always cheerful, very knowledgeable of the Gulf and its wildlife. This was our second trip out on the Southern Star, and I'm sure not our last. I'm a local and still enjoy going out with visiting family, everyone loves a cruise on the gulf and watching dolphins playing. - SteveDuluth, MN30 contributionsOur family has been on several dolphin cruises over the years and this was hands down our favorite. Captain Daniel and First Mate Devin were so fun and accommodating. Devin took pictures for us and everyone else at sunset with our phones and happily helped with other photo requests. Daniel has great energy and it’s easy to tell that he loves being a tour boat captain. We saw tons of dolphins and had an all around great time!
The boat itself is fantastic! Clean, comfortable, and a great audio system. We had a playlist of classic R&B, funk, and pop songs throughout the trip. Highly recommend for families, couples, or friends looking for a fun dolphin or sunset cruise! - Julie PLincoln, CA143 contributionsWe scheduled two tikis for my husband's 70th birthday with family and friends and grandchildren. We all had a blast! The weather was perfect and the water was warm and it was a perfect day. To help with make the perfect experience we were able to sail with Captain Sam. She went out of her way to make it a special trip from playing water games at Crab Island to letting our 10 year old grandson captain the boat for a bit. - Karlye G1 contributionRandy was our captain and he was awesome! He knew all the spots to see all kinds of sea life. We had dolphins right up at our boat! We saw a shark, sting rays and sea turtles also. We went to a little snorkeling spot and then spent the rest of our time at crab island. Randy was very laid back and had the trip planned just right. I have a 15 year old and a 6 year old and they both loved it!
