- Bryanna Beal15 contributionsTaylor, Skyler and the rest of the team did an amazing job showing us the rum tour! They were very generous with the samples! Such a satisfying experience! I highly recommend if you’re in this area! Support your local business & stop by! The tour is 100% free.Written August 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Bunk347113 contributionsOnly open Saturday 8 to 1 but well worth a visit. In addition to things I mentioned in title there are food trucks, crafters and local artists selling their wares. It was fun to walk around and sample and buy some of the offerings. We especially liked the Greek food, mousaka, baklava and spanakopata as well as the guacamole being made as you watch. It is pretty much cash only so be prepared. Prices are reasonable.Written February 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Joy D4 contributionsCape Coral is close enough to beaches, south enough to be warm in March & more affordable to stay than Ft Meyers or Marco IslandWritten March 28, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - julielpBloomington, MN439 contributionsNice nice walk! It’s not a long walk 1 .5 - 2 miles. The first half is mostly shaded and the path is wooden. It takes you out to a big dock with great scenery. The continuing path has more sun, so in the heat, go back the way you came. We started on the left side of the parking lot. In the same lot are the military memorials. A replica of Iwa Jima, pow memorial, each branch of the military memorial, and others. For me it was an added bonus.Written May 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Deborah M1 contributionGood place but please bring dress code back if my young kids had to stare at one more woman's naked ass I was going to freak. Women please remember your naked butt cheeks are eye level for young children. This isn't a pick up spot its for families. So please bring back dress code because some women of all sizes are running around like it's Rio. We have passes but won't be getting more if they can't set some standards for women with no sense. The park is great going for 20 years but....bare asses NEEDS to be addressedWritten July 17, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SambaSanibel Island, FL732 contributionsWe had never been to the park but we were happy to find it after seeing the Burrowing Owls nearby.
Although E-bird had reported many species of birds in the park just the day before, there were few around today.
The only one I saw and got a photo off was this lovely Mourning Dove.
But the park is pretty and well kept. And hope springs eternal so we will return and maybe the birds will , too.Written April 26, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The center offers a tour and video which gives a very concise overview of how Cape Coral came to be. It is free, donation is very appreciated, and takes about an hour or so.Written February 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Don SLand O Lakes, FL8 contributionsMy family rented a boat in the area and we came to dinner at rum runners. We wanted to get gas for the boat. The folks at the marina were very helpful and really went above and beyond as far as being helpful and professional.Written April 12, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - OnlyMeDSWEau Claire, WI427 contributionsA nice Monday morning drive. We crossed over to the island and drove down to Saint James City and then on up to Bokeelia. Damage from the hurricane is very evident on the island but the recovery is underway. Plenty of shops to stop at and some restaurants are open. The island has many farm fields and feels more rural than a tropical island.Written April 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - _SLH138_Minneapolis, MN142 contributionsThis is a peaceful park with a nice view of the mangroves and a couple of docks where one could likely see manatees. (We did not.) Parking is free and there is a brand-new restroom building and a water-bottle filler station.Written March 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Theresa B5 contributionsWe enjoyed our peruse through the gallery. Lots of coastal themes, but some surprises.
