- BartekWarsaw, Poland6 contributionsThe Upside Down House is a fascinating attraction that offers a unique and disorienting experience. Walking through rooms where everything is inverted creates a surreal feeling that is both fun and intriguing. It's a great spot for taking memorable photos and experiencing something truly out of the ordinary. Perfect for families and visitors of all ages.Written May 21, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Barbara SKrakow, Poland1,880 contributionsIt's quite expensive when you compare the place with other attractions of this type. They do not offer any discounts for seniors. They sell self made beer as there is a brewery onsite. The bottle itself is a nice souvenir as it describes some historic events.Written October 30, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - endrju_74Ipswich, UK4,830 contributionsThis is one of over 400 cemeteries, built during and soon after WWI by Austrian Army in Southern Małopolska region. This one, located in Łęgi, part of Szymbark, is not easy to find. It is hidden few hundred meters north from the main road, numbered 28, which used to be of big strategical importance, when this area was part of Austrian Empire, now is of much less importance, but still quite busy. Coming from east on road 28, there's a large lay-by on the left hand side of the road (bus stop just before that on opposite side of the road), and soon after that there's a junction with local road on the right - turn there and head left (right drive leads to former manor, now some kind of a school), pass a small wood and there you are. No car park, you can park on a little lane going along the cemetery, but you would have to move, if any agricoultural machinery comes up. The cemetery was designed by Austrian architect Hans Meyr. 16 Austria-Hungary and 21 German (allies) soldiers were burried here. They all had fallen in 1915.Written November 3, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- endrju_74Ipswich, UK4,830 contributionsThis is one of over 400 cemeteries, built during and soon after WWI by Austrian Army in Southern Małopolska region. This one is a part of much larger parish cemetery in Szymbark. The parish cemetery has a few entries, all of them obviously allow access to the war quarter, but the best way to get there is to drive around the cemetery from the south, and use the western entrance, whch is the closest to the war cemetery. 78 soldiers are burried here in 36 single and 12 mass graves, of which 45 were of Austria-Hungary Army, 28 of German Army (allies) and 5 of Russian Army (enemies). They all fallen in late 1914 and early 1915 securing (or attacking in the case of Russian soldiers) Szymbark strengthened position, that meant to block access to Gorlice - that town soon turned to be a place for the biggest WWI battle on eastern front.Written November 3, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - pawel_hbgSopot, Poland16,780 contributionsIt is definetely the most popular ski lift in north of Poland. However it is difficult to name this small 300m mountain a real ski lift. I prefer other ski lift in this region which is much less popular but 2 times longer. However Wiezyca is more steep and there is also better for children which has its own ski lift on other side.Written December 12, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
