What travelers are saying
- MichaelTQ92Drums, PA273 contributionsThis place is just beautiful! The outside is just gorgeous and the inside of the property is just amazing. Took my family of 4 there and we loved it. Highly recommendWritten September 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Bill SGreensboro, NC287 contributionsI was taken here as a child and always enjoyed it but really didn't appreciate the History. Very interesting the Staff is great. It was a very hot day when I went and there were very few people there. I had a couple of the tours solo, just me and the Guide. Make sure that you see the Machine Shop, it's all Water Powered and they will run it for you. The House is also very interesting. Highly Recommend.Written August 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- jerrys01Bel Air, MD620 contributionsThe Riverwalk permits a pleasant stroll along the Christina River. We stepped out of our hotel and walked both north and south. The southern area is quieter, while the northern area has multiple hotels and restaurants on the land side. This is a great area for photography.Written May 19, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- MichaelTQ92Drums, PA273 contributionsWe visited this stadium with a family of 4 and we really enjoyed it. There was fireworks at night which was really cool! Our hotel was less than a 5 minute walk away.Written September 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Ted DGreenville, DE34 contributionsI was actually involved in the design and construction of this playground as a Rotarian. I know that we cut no corners with either when we had it built. It is a wonderful and safe inclusive playground designed for children with all abilities. Children with all abilities can play together side by side, and there is no cost to use it. I highly recommend the Can Do Playground.Written October 7, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- jim cWilmington, DE31 contributionsno longer WCL but now is run by Live Nation. Main stage is downstairs, open area. General admission STANDING is typical for most shows. There is a balcony upstairs for additional costs. Drink prices are $$$. $4 for a soda,$8 for a beer, $12 for top shelf. They do have good tribute bands - sometimes for free. I've seen TRIBUTE Tom Petty, Van Halen, David Bowie, Ozzy, AC/DC, etc. and all were very goodWritten July 4, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. But it also offers afundraising summer carnival complete with rides and fireworks for us Protestants, along with an Italian dinner where you can sit in long tables and share a dish of pasta with Vinny and the gang, whose wives sweat over vast pots of pasta and sauce in the basement. Fond memories of my years in Wilmington.Written December 25, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
