Absolute gorgeous place, both on the inside and outside. Staff is excellent and is eager to give you explanation of every item in every room .
very interesting to observe the workings of the mansion, such as kitchen, call buttons, etc.

We enjoyed very much each element of the Museum. Terry, the bus driver, Amy at the Black powder area and everyone involved were very interesting and informative
    We were most pleased

I really enjoyed this walk. From one end you get great views of the Wilmington skyline. You get good views of the river and plant life on the other side. The area is very commercialized, with restaurants, a children's museum, golf course, and a farmers market. Because it was a Tuesday in March not much was open. Parking lots are available around the area so check out a map first. My only complaint is the public bathrooms were closed. Thankfully the market had some.

We like attending minor league baseball games. The Blue Rocks were hosting the Blue Claws, Philadelphia Phillies, minor league team. Ble Claws won. Parking was free. Food expensive. In May we were socially distanced.
We may attend a game next year.

no longer WCL but now is run by Live Nation. Main stage is downstairs, open area. General admission STANDING is typical for most shows. There is a balcony upstairs for additional costs. Drink prices are $$$. $4 for a soda,$8 for a beer, $12 for top shelf. They do have good tribute bands - sometimes for free. I've seen TRIBUTE Tom Petty, Van Halen, David Bowie, Ozzy, AC/DC, etc. and all were very good

This beautiful park reaches and touches its visitors with nice forest landscapes, splendid colors ,fresh air, trails ,friendly animals....
There is a beautiful Enchanted Like in the middle, and hourse farm
    on the top.
You can admire cacophony of natural sounds as song birds call to one another ,and you can also enjoy peaceful sound of silence.
You can bring along camera or artist,s pallete to capture any one of the many scenes.
Take a walk along, enjoy trials, forest ,and friendly atmosphere you can talk to the animals , specially hourses are very friendly.
I loved it.It is celebration of senses.

OK, this Catholic church is the bedrock of the Little Italy community in Wilmington. But it also offers afundraising summer carnival complete with rides and fireworks for us Protestants, along with an Italian dinner where you can sit in long tables and share a dish of pasta with Vinny and the gang, whose wives sweat over vast pots of pasta and sauce in the basement. Fond memories of my years in Wilmington.

This is a nice place to have a view of the city and the marsh from the observation deck of the nature center and the boardwalk trail is a great way to get up close and personal with the marsh environment. We haven't yet been inside the nature center due to Covid but I know in the past they've run programs like family canoeing in the marsh or Zumba. We will definitely be back to see the inside of the nature center and participate in a program in the future!

My husband and I rented kayaks from here and we had the best time. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They bring the kayaks right to the water and they also pick you up. The staff is very knowledgeable and truly care about your experience. We will rent from them again!
