I arranged travel for 8 guests from and to Philadelphia and the airport. Hillary provided gracious help with a day of time change. The gentleman who helped with our planning was incredible. He organized a driving tour of Philly for our guests and even recommended his favorite cheesesteak shops! Greg, our driver, called to confirm plans and ask if it was ok to review the itinerary he put together for our guests. Our guests were thrilled! Greg also stated that he has so much respect for the business owners and how they hire people. He was delightful and earnest. This travel planning could have been incredibly stressful but because I made a wise choice I’m selecting Delaware Limo, my mind was at ease. - Roam4751731 contributionWORST ever! Booked this service online. Got a confirmation with the name of the Owner of the company on it. They did not show up. Called and they said they never got the online reservation, even though we have a copy. Said they needed to update their system. Likely to miss flight. - rbala2015Greenwich, CT3 contributionsTerrible service. Called the phone number at about 10.30 pm on Dec 23, 2021. No one picked up, snd no taxis available. Had to get back to my hotel in downtown Wilmington, but had to wait several hours and finally got home in the middle of the night after just sitting around till a family member was able to come and drive me home.
