very interesting to observe the workings of the mansion, such as kitchen, call buttons, etc.Written May 31, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - April P1 contributionOur family enjoyed the beautiful grounds. There was a good variety of activities and information for history enthusiasts. A particular interesting part of the tour were the powder mills. It amazed us that the machinery still worked and continues to run from energy generated from the original water turbines. Docents were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We were so glad we visited.Written June 21, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Katrina WNew Kensington, PA9 contributionsWasn’t sure what to expect, this tour is legit. The tour started with an introduction about different devices that we would use during the tour. Everyone was offered something to use to track paranormal energy in the house. Got lots of responses to multiple questions. Our guides were great. Would recommend this tour.Written May 29, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Wayne PCleveland, OH149 contributionsI went there on a Friday and it was free. The person at the desk was helpful when I asked if she knew where I could get breakfast. After breakfast, I can back. There are some interesting older buildings across the street. I spent some time over there first. The museum had a Revolutionary War battle flag that I really liked. I parked at a meter and finding parking didn't seem to be a problem,Written September 28, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- b0b55russellOrillia, Canada1,262 contributionsInm my very humble personal opinion my above stated opinion says in all here. Museum is located within the National Gurard building which ss closed. Despite numerous attempts in constantly ringing the door bell no one answered thus was a total waste of my time in trying to visit here. All was not lost as we found a nice eatery to eat at close by!Written August 23, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
