- Penny HLewistown, PA131 contributionsWe spent a day on our e-bikes and towing a doggie cart on this trail. Loved, loved, loved it. Beautiful scenery lots of wildlife.Written September 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- sarainglenwoodGlenwood, MD212 contributionsWe were there on a beautiful but windy day. The boardwalk was open with a full complement of restaurants, game places, t-shirt shops and bumper cars.
The boardwalk is a great place to see, smell and enjoy the ocean without getting all sandy. It has lots of reversible benches so you can gaze at the ocean or people watch. There is a public restroom available if needed, too.
Definitely worth a few hours, with or without kids.Written September 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I loved how it was open air and full of local history.Written July 31, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - lovetoteach964Long Island, NY104 contributionsIf you like crowds on weekends this is the beach for you. It’s has a wide beach area which is a plus, but a midweek visit is much more pleasant with fewer crowds.Written August 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mark GCatonsville, MD3,447 contributionsTanger is broken up into 3 centers, Surfside, Seaside and Bayside along both sides of an extremely busy Route 1 over a 1 mile stretch. There are around 115 stores in these 3 centers and have just about every store we are all familiar with in these outlet centers in the country as well as some nice independent and regional shops. It was nice to see few vacant store fronts since some centers have been struggling. We were here also for the Schellville Christmas Village which was behind Tanger Seaside.Written January 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - WebbuzzardMilton, DE680 contributionsThe drive on is a great way to spend the day on the beach. You need a 4 wheel drive and a surf pass plus some extra equipment, including a fishing pole. On weekends and holidays it’s a lot more crowded and you must have a reservation, which sometimes sell out in minutes.Written June 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Christina S6 contributionsWe had a great time at Jungle Jim's July 9 2024. My kids are 6 and 8. I recommend water shoes or crocs. Your feet will be torn up by the end of you don't have something protecting them. There is a ton of shade to take a break from the sun and grab some food. Prices were OK compared to other park places and taste was average. You can't bring water or food inside. We had soft pretzels and nachos. There is a larger menu like cheeseburgers and chicken tenders, fries. I didn't give 5 stars bc there are only 3 or 4 water slides and it is pricey..$48 per person who is over 42 inches tall. You could probably have a good time in 2 to 3 hours so the later day pass could be better for some families. You'll save $10 a person going after 3pm... 6pm is closing time. It is much busier in the middle of the day. We got there at opening 10am and it wasn't that crowded and left at about 2pm. Definitely picked up. I rented a large locker for$17 that easily fit a large backpack. I should have chosen the smaller one since we left our towels at a table under a pavilion and no one bothered it, but it was our first time there. You can go up to the locker, scan the qr code and pay and choose your passcode for the day from your phone. Lockers are convenient... right by bathrooms too. Then you do the same thing before you leave for the day.. checkout on your phone.. directions at the locker. I believe there is someone there if you don't have a phone but I'm not 100%.
We would come back to Jungle Jim's. Very nice time.Written July 12, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Do yourself a favor and check it out. It was so easy to follow signage from Lewes public libretto to downtown Rehoboth and then back up through Henlopen acres through Gordon’s Pond and up Rt. 9 to Lewes again. Flat terrain, some shade and incredible views. Make sure you leave time for a stop at Whiskey Beach. It’s gorgeous!Written August 4, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- CBFtravelerRehoboth Beach, DE27 contributionsWhat an amazing small theater. We are fairly new to the area and have seen Little Shop of Horrors and Misery. Two very different shows but equally performed by very talented casts. We are now buying season tickets and look forward to viewing many wonderful shows. Kudos Clear Space!!!Written February 3, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- lovetoteach964Long Island, NY104 contributionsCute farmer's market. More booths than I thought there would be for a Tuesday. Lots of local produce, jams, pasta, and others.
It does get quite crowded, so If you can walk over or bike, I would recommend that as there isn't a lot of parking near the park.Written August 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - synTorontoToronto, Canada1,503 contributionsLocation: Behind the Tanger Seaside Outlet.
Parking: Free in the Tanger lot and just a short walk around the back.
Attraction: It is open for seasonal activities only and special events. The main ones are Christmas and I think times like Easter and Halloween.
Cost: Free (at least at X-Mas, not sure about other times, but you can find more details on the website). You can walk up but you will have to wait (but the line moves fast). You can also book a timed entry on line that is also free. Just show your ticket at the entrance.
What’s inside? A variety of vendors in small huts selling food and crafts. There are lights, music, places for pictures, artificial snow being made, and places for small children to play - including a place where they can throw cotton snowballs at each other. At peak times, it can get crowded.
Overall: Nice community spirit by the Schell Brothers company. It is worth a visit.Written January 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Cute little gift/clothing shops as well as a couple of cafe like places. Not really touristy merch, so interesting to browse or even pick up a few gifts.
Each alley way has about 8 shops total. Worth a trip if you like to browse/shop.Written August 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
