I have two large dogs, one is not ok with small dogs. Someone walked in with a teacup dog to the large dog park and I told them it is for large dogs only. They told me that their dog is used to big dogs. I replied that my large dog is not okay with little dogs.
Always be cautious at dog parks because signs are there for a reason. Dogs need to be 4 months or older because that is when they should have all their vaccinations (rule is for the protection of your pup!). Large dogs can be carriers in their urine and feces and unintentionally expose a younger dog leading to severe illness or death because 4 months is the optimal time for their immune system and vaccines to be working. Additionally, 4 months and younger are very impressionable. If they have a bad experience, it could have a lifetime effect. Please follow the posted rules!Written February 4, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Noticed there are hookups for emissions control for trucks so we will try to use that feature the next time we drive to NYCWritten October 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There is a gradually inclining paved path up the side of the huge earthen mound that contains the reservoir and continues on at the top for hikers and runners. A plaque at the bottom of the path indicates that it was dedicated as recently as 2006. An information kiosk notes that the reservoir is 55 feet deep and holds 317 million gallons of water. The recreational aspects of this property appear to be greatly appreciated and utilized by town folks. Once reaching the top, one is impressed by the cobalt blue water that contrasts with a bright blue sky. Eagles and seagulls soar overhead. A very pleasant outing.Written November 26, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

We were surprised how busy this place was being in a commercial business park. Beer was good, food truck was a little pricey, but good. They can’t control the food trucks, so I don’t blame them. They are pet friendly so we had our dog with us as we had a few beers and listened to live music. They are also kid friendly and had a bunch of games for them to play. Really great spot!Written May 25, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- teresa sWilmington, DE69 contributionsWe do kidsskatefree.com and even if you don't do it on one of those passes, it is $6 to skate, $3 for skate rental. They have a small arcade and snack bar. They have inline and the traditional skates. They offer lessons for a fee with a great instructor. It is a great way to exercise and beat the heat!Written July 2, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
