The female vicar was so charming and friendly: we had a lovely chat and she encouraged us to take photos for free (unlike some other churches I could mention).

It is a large building with a beige and cream ceiling with ornate bosses so along with the coloured glass were windows and stunning large coloured window by the altar it has a colourful interior.
Look in the pews where you will find an amazing variety of kneelers, all beautifully stitched.

Wow what a little gem, stunning place to see, along the side of the river nidd, lady of the crag is a very peaceful place and has a lovely garden, all maintained by volunteers.
A group of volunteers were gardening and the site looks very well cared for and tended with respect for its still active religious value.
