From the kids, "would like for it to have lasted longer, showed the real fossils, was really cool and just wow". Had a short film and opportunity to observe people working on the fossils. Prices were reasonable and had nice gift shop.

We stopped here for a picnic lunch. Beautiful well maintained park. Short 1 mile or so flat easy walk around the lake. Great place for a quite lunch.

Has a couple of different beers- seems to favor sour and fruity- that is not necessarily what I'm looking for but the beer was fine

The waterfall was much smaller than I imagined. So we were disappointed basically. I kinda liked the unusual harmony between a waterfall and graffiti though.

Don’t miss the opportunity to walk through scenic Garden of the Gods with a majestic wolf by your side. This was an awesome experience! The wolves are very well taken care of. This is a rescue center that takes in wolves who usually start off as pets and are surrendered by the owners when they realize they can’t take care of them. They are fed the proper diet and given the proper care. They have regular vet and even chiropractor visits. If one of the wolves doesn’t feel like walking on any given day, they don’t force them too. The handlers were great with the wolves as well as with us, explaining the care and characteristics of the wolves to us as we walked along. We walked with Ghost, the leader of the pack, and Spirit, one of the younger wolves. At the end of the walk they gave us a usb drive with over 300 photos on it of our time with the wolves. They also have wolf merchandise available to purchase and the proceeds go toward caring for the wolves. I got this for my husband as a birthday gift and ended up liking it just as much as he did. I almost cried while walking the the wolf. There was just something almost spiritual about it that really touched me. At $100 each it was reasonable. If you’re ever in Colorado Springs don’t pass up the opportunity to do this!

We did the WESTCREEK 4 hour Polaris rental and it was awesome! It was helpful having the GPS on board and being able to pick out with routes we wanted to go on. We liked having the freedom of choice to decide where we wanted to go. Each of us took turns driving the Polaris. The scenery was beautiful! We can't wait to do this again!

We were here back in September. The brats are great. The cheese tray is huge for the price. The beer is good. Everything is cheap. Eat here.

Played with another couple we were traveling with. Didn’t expect much since it was the only golf course in the area but was pleasantly surprised. Both the fairways and greens were in excellent condition and the staff was friendly and helpful. Fairways were tight but overall the course was forgiving. Enjoyed a nice lunch in the clubhouse after playing.

I brought my ebike in, thinking it would be out of commission for a few days. A few minutes later I’m back on the road!

The old western stores are almost impossible to find. I don't even know where else to send anyone. Everything from cowboy hats and boots, belts and wonderful jewelry pieces even for ones that think they'd never buy jewelry. Old saddles - I wish there was more tack and saddles - and oh my goodness, the amazing western wear. You can wear things from The Cowhand to a formal dinner or opera. There are always antiques that weren't there the last time, that reel me in from the window. Every time I go I find something that I can't go home without.

My family has been on several fishing trips with Bob Stephenson over the last few years and it has always been a tremendous experience. We fished both 11 Mile and Rampart Resevoirs with Bob. He knows everything you could want to know about the territories and fishing them. Bob is personable, knowledgeable, punctual and informative. Thanks Bob

We had a Saturday afternoon free and, on a whim, called South Platte Fly Shop to ask about a last minute guided fly fishing trip on the South Platte River (outside of Colorado Springs). The guys there were fantastic. They took my number, made some calls, found us an amazing guide (Austin), and got us out next day for an afternoon on the river. Couldn't ask for more. The shop itself if beautiful. Great gear and vibes. As for our trip, we hit the river right on time and Austin really knew the spots. His ability to spot fish was uncanny. Caught a bunch of trout, including an 18" Rainbow. Definitely recommend these guys. We can't wait to come back.

We went in to check out the place. Lady stopped what she was doing, walked us around, explaining how the place worked, then welcomed us back anytime.
