A friend told us we should visit this spot while we were in Denver for work. Lots of hiking trails. Not a lot of people. The views were amazing. I highly recommend it!

It was a well organized, informative history of Littleton and more. We hadn’t visited before so on our trip to Denver this time we decided to visit. Animals, indoor exhibit- it was fun!

Very nice park with paved walkways and plenty of parking.

Large walking path, playground, ball fields, and indoor restrooms. We were attending a softball tournament so I am not sure the restrooms are open all of the time.

There are even wild prairie dogs living in the park!

The Columbine Memorial is on-site and although very somber, it is a reminder of what that community faced on that day in 1999.

Clean, nice state park. Very popular destination, esp on Labor Lay weekend. Just very crowded. Great for paddle boarding or kayaking, boating as well.

Spent a few hours on a Sunday morning checking out the gardens and the corn maze. It was pretty crowded at 10:30 am, but we were able to get a parking spot and walk to the gardens fine. Tickets were $5 per person to tour the botanic gardens and the corn maze. Next weekend is scheduled the pumpkin picking festival. There are plenty of restrooms between the porta potties and indoor restrooms. The day we went there were food tents and food trucks with everything from hot dogs to kettle corn. All in all, a nice way to spend a Sunday.

This is a huge park at 880 acres, with 5 lakes for fishing. After parking our car, we walked over to a kiosk that had a map of the park. In a slot was a 4-page information sheet (Spring, 2022, Newsletter) that had been a mailer. No park map, but pages 2 and 3 listed 30+ classes for kids and adults in the spring. Very diverse classes and a very impressive listing.

We walked north for about 45 minutes following the river. A couple of times we cut through to the river's edge. Heard red-winged blackbirds and saw swallows and mallards. There were tons of bikers.

We returned to the park the next day and walked south. This was a nicer/better walk, but not as much access to the river as the walk north.

This is one of our favorite places in the world to hike. We took our family Christmas photo there in front of one of the amazing rock formations. Lots of paths.

Jack-O-Lantern visit in October is a must see! Thousands of pumpkins are carved and decorated aligning a tour route that takes about 1-2 hours to go through. I visited both day and night to see the lights and colors. It can get pretty crowded. If you go during the day, it's free to get in. If there is an event happening, they block off that area so you cannot get in. The Jack-O-Lantern visit is $20 and well worth it.

The statue honors a local hero. It is located in a small park near Centennial Elementary School. It reminds people that visit the park that the freedoms we enjoy came at a cost.

Amazing, fun environment. Great, affordable drinks with awesome new food trucks everyday. Lots of activities like pinball and cornhole, too!

Over the year we have always had a great time attending the show put on by this amazing repertoire. This past year, we really loved their production of Xanadu, roller skates and all. Small atmosphere provides for an intimate experience. Well done!!!

This is one of our go-to trails. Very well-maintained (Thank you, maintainers) fairly flat walking and biking trails with some trees and a few facilities along the way.

This is a fun place to take younger kids for a visit. We went with our grandchildren (2 and 6) and they had so much fun exploring around and feeding the fish. It's not a large aquarium (it's inside a mall so don't expect ocean park style aquarium), it is also not the type of aquarium that has research or conservation programmes, so I'm unlikely to visit it on my own. I felt uncomfortable about how small the enclosures seemed for land animals compared to what I usually see in zoos around the world. All in all, I'd say the aquarium is a fun place for a family outing of a couple hours especially if you have younger kids.

Was just out here on Saturday afternoon - donating hats and taking a short hike for the view. The visitor center is great and gives you a history lesson of the Native America people who lived in the area and the geology of the rock formations.
