You can get on and off the Trail from main streets and roads running north and south in Greeley and Windsor, with ample parking at the trailheads.
You always see some sort of wildlife and the trees and grasses are pretty year round.

FYI ...If you hike with children some areas are near drop offs ... picnic area provides lots of play space, plus other stops are easier "hikes".
The sky goes on forever, the birds sing to the earth, and the silence is golden!

My daughter lives in the neighborhood and we have spent many lovely days enjoying this park.
Plenty of geese ( and you-know-what-that-comes-out-of-geese ) during part of the year.

The arena has awesome seats, the expo buildings have tons of space to showcase, and the park in between is lush and green.
We took our 19 month old grandson to this park on a gorgeous sunny afternoon and it was so much fun for him and us.

This is a great park overall to walk/jog, do yoga, play volleyball, spend time with your kids, birdwatch, and even hold gatherings in the warmer months.
