- Beverlyann12312 contributionsThis is a beautiful station that is so much more than that. While you wait for your train you can take in the beautiful architecture, the great food and atmosphere this station has to offer.Written May 16, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- King DogRaleigh, NC163 contributionsA really neat place to visit and run by some people who do an outstanding job. Tour was great and well worth the admission. If you have a weekend in Denver, work this in.Written February 15, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- OnAir2430222 contributionsFascinating look at a turn of the twentieth century family. Being able to have family belongings remain more or less intact is amazing.Written February 12, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- N KraftBloomington-Normal, IL258 contributionsCheap way to kill an hour or two. Cool farmstead from the 1800s preserved on a nice little chunk of land to walk around. Wife loved the horses and baby goats. Nice pit stop. Would be interested in some of the events they host.Written August 1, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- 31HomeGamesCharlotte, NC1,459 contributionsIf you are in downtown Denver it is worth taking the short stroll from 16th St Mall to see this beautiful historic building. They don’t build them like this anymore! Built in 1929, it has a lovely 15-story terra cotta exterior. The entryway is quite impressive with its murals and metal revolving doors. You can’t get too far into the building, but there are nice details and ceilings to be seen. Not worth a separate trip on its own, but worth checking out if nearby.Written February 20, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- DMGAmes_IowaAmes, IA598 contributionsEight members or our immediate family (including kids and grandkids) attended a family wedding reception, dinner, and dance at the lovely, historic Grant-Humphreys Mansion. Built in 1902 in the Neoclassical architectural style by James Benton Grant (former Colorado Governor), then sold to A.E.Humphreys (oil tycoon) in 1917, and deeded over to the Colorado Historical Society in 1976, this is a splendid venue for weddings. We were served drinks and hors d'oeuvres on the terrace, and then seated at formally set tables for a marvelous buffet dinner. Afterwards, we went downstairs to a ballroom where we danced, and offered drinks and sweet desserts. A memorable experience, indeed.Written June 22, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Julie S1 contributionWe loved the wizard academy game! The puzzles were fun without being too difficult. We were able to complete it quickly with no hints, but it was still challenging enough to be fun. We loved the old charming house and thought the escape room was laid out wonderfully. Would definitely recommend!Written March 17, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- WSF382Denver, CO53 contributionsThe Mayan is a staple in Denver. It has two theatres on the main level and one on the top level. There is a bar upstairs and you can take a drink into any of the theatres. The seats are not new, but the intricate design of the space and art work is so worth the visit. They show independent and international films. You can be assured that if you go to a film there you'll see a good one!Written February 9, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
