- TravelPrewitLubbock, TX1 contributionGreat Tour by Kevin!! Very informative with plenty of tastings. I was surprised to get that many tastings for the price!Written May 14, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Barry BLittleton, CO1 contributionVery informative tour and explanation of how their product is made and what makes it unique. Samples provided after the tour. The charge of admission is credited to any purchase in the gift shop, which includes the company's whiskeys.Written December 23, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- John JCastle Rock, CO139 contributionsFor the past three years, my son has stated a tradition of taking me to a local distillery. This has been the best so far. The tasting room is beautiful with a great staff. We started with a cocktail, which we enjoyed and bought it along the tour. Our guide, Jeremy, was absolutely amazing for knowledge and good humor. Throughout the tour, there were tastings of their great spirits, and when it was over, more tastings beyond the tour. A wonderful day!Written January 8, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Peter M2 contributionsThis place by far had my favorite, most unique, cider! The spicy Chile Guava Cider is delicious. Just know that when they say spicy, they are not kidding around! If you love spicy, you will love it! My only complaint is that I can't get it around the corner...but maybe that's a good thing as I would have it every day if I could!Written November 17, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Jeff RFort Collins, CO313 contributionsWe went on a Saturday when they opened at 2pm. And it was almost full by 2:15. The service was friendly and efficient. The drink menu was varied, which was good. Several of us had flights. The Rye was particularly good. Bottle prices are a bit high in this competitive whiskey market. We did not take the tour, but many people did. Parking could be a bit of a challenge. Overall, would definitely return.Written December 2, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Judi BEden Prairie, MN3 contributionsI just returned from a visit to family in Denver and Ironton was one of my favorite places on this trip. My daughter and her husband are in their 30s and relocated to Denver in 2021. They wanted to share the breweries and craft houses they frequent in Denver. They knew I was an Aquavit fan so they suggested cocktails at Ironton. I ordered the Scandinavian Sex Monkey cocktail with aquavit, turmeric shrub and orange liqueur. It was the perfect blend of flavors! I have been sampling a variety of shrubs and the turmeric shrub was a new tasty discovery for me. We ordered pizza with our drinks and it was delicious! I believe there are art installations there too but we ran out of time so did not explore them. I recommend Ironton for a unique and special Denver experience.Written April 5, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

Denver Visitors - this is the place to visit to make your WeedCation the best!!Written January 30, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Florence VAurora, CO304 contributionsI first heard of The Block through WeFunder and figured that I should invest some money into a distillery, but it still took me another 6 months to visit. I came to pick up my Night Sweats bourbon, which is absolutely delicious.
Two weekends ago, I was in the area for another event and decided to mosey on over to see The Block in full form. I was NOT disappointed!
The bar menu is so delicious and there's so many choices, that I had a hard time choosing something. I told my server the 2 I had narrowed down and told him to surprise me. West of Eden was so delicious and I LOVE the pear flavor. I wanted another drink, but since I drove myself, I had to be responsible so I ordered the no name. Even though it was non-alcoholic, it was equally delicious and the smoked rosemary on top was just the best.
If you're in RiNo, you definitely need to stop by and have a drink...or two.Written December 2, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Pharaoh KNew York City, NY51 contributionsKim was amazing. The tour is fun and informative. The distillery is small but it has a lot of heart and character. - Adam SRichmond, VA62 contributionsCame here on a whim for a fun activity while in Denver. We signed up for the cocktail making class. Loved watching and talking to the bartender while he made us delicious cocktails including Moscow mules and a cream drink. After the class we ordered a martini with blue cheese vodka and olive vodka. We loved it and it was so unique. Would definitely come back just for that drink. Ambience of the distillery was very nice and wasn’t busy. Definitely a Covid friendly activityWritten January 2, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Stephen D1 contributionThe best bourbon I have ever had. This is a quaint tasting room with beautiful woodwork and a 1920's feel. The décor is fabulous but the cocktails make it a truly worthy destination. They had 5 cocktails on draft and 12 custom cocktails, including the Ella Brennan (my personal fav) where they turned bananas foster into a martini (yum). Fantastic service and great cocktails, this is a must visit venue for any bourbon fan in the Denver metro area.Written October 3, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
