- PinkcandymonsterTaylor, MI7 contributionsStem Ciders is a nice place. My husband and I tried the fruit ciders. I have had better they were pretty bitter more like beer/ipa taste. It has a nice patio and indoor seating. There are board games to use as well. The inside is cooler. The part of the city it’s nearby has a cool vibe.Written September 7, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - John JCastle Rock, CO142 contributionsFor the past three years, my son has stated a tradition of taking me to a local distillery. This has been the best so far. The tasting room is beautiful with a great staff. We started with a cocktail, which we enjoyed and bought it along the tour. Our guide, Jeremy, was absolutely amazing for knowledge and good humor. Throughout the tour, there were tastings of their great spirits, and when it was over, more tastings beyond the tour. A wonderful day!Written January 8, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jeff RFort Collins, CO347 contributionsWe went on a Saturday when they opened at 2pm. And it was almost full by 2:15. The service was friendly and efficient. The drink menu was varied, which was good. Several of us had flights. The Rye was particularly good. Bottle prices are a bit high in this competitive whiskey market. We did not take the tour, but many people did. Parking could be a bit of a challenge. Overall, would definitely return.Written December 2, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Only negative which was minor was 1 of the meats on our charcuterie board looked and tasted old. Otherwise we loved everything about this place.Written May 20, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Adam SRichmond, VA86 contributionsCame here on a whim for a fun activity while in Denver. We signed up for the cocktail making class. Loved watching and talking to the bartender while he made us delicious cocktails including Moscow mules and a cream drink. After the class we ordered a martini with blue cheese vodka and olive vodka. We loved it and it was so unique. Would definitely come back just for that drink. Ambience of the distillery was very nice and wasn’t busy. - Florence VAurora, CO313 contributionsI first heard of The Block through WeFunder and figured that I should invest some money into a distillery, but it still took me another 6 months to visit. I came to pick up my Night Sweats bourbon, which is absolutely delicious.
Two weekends ago, I was in the area for another event and decided to mosey on over to see The Block in full form. I was NOT disappointed!
The bar menu is so delicious and there's so many choices, that I had a hard time choosing something. I told my server the 2 I had narrowed down and told him to surprise me. West of Eden was so delicious and I LOVE the pear flavor. I wanted another drink, but since I drove myself, I had to be responsible so I ordered the no name. Even though it was non-alcoholic, it was equally delicious and the smoked rosemary on top was just the best.
If you're in RiNo, you definitely need to stop by and have a drink...or two.Written December 2, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. They focused on whiskey and gin, but had a remarkably wide variety of unique and expected cocktails on their menu - I recommend the Aviation! Their facility is beautiful both inside and on their patio. Would absolutely return!Written July 14, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Stephen D1 contributionThe best bourbon I have ever had. This is a quaint tasting room with beautiful woodwork and a 1920's feel. The décor is fabulous but the cocktails make it a truly worthy destination. They had 5 cocktails on draft and 12 custom cocktails, including the Ella Brennan (my personal fav) where they turned bananas foster into a martini (yum). Fantastic service and great cocktails, this is a must visit venue for any bourbon fan in the Denver metro area.Written October 3, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
