- Mozelle LEugene, OR24 contributionsSo glad I got to do this! It was truly a perfect day. A beautiful drive there. Stopped at a nice bakery and coffee shop on the way. The hike through Rio Celeste was beautiful. Especially for nature lovers. After the hike we had a delicious lunch. There was a nice area that we were able to swim in. The hike continues back to where the blue water mixes with clear spring water, a nice picture. The path gets a little more like a trail. Moderate walk of 2.3 km one way. We saw white faced monkeys and a sloth. - Rochelle FRandolph, NJ775 contributionsThe waterfall is in Tenorio National Park. It is not a long hike to the waterfall but there are 250 steps down. And then you must climb back up. But well worth seeing this beautiful waterfall . It started raining while were there and we were glad to have raincoats and hiking boots on.
