Absolutely loved this winery! We sat outside and listened to great music, ate great freshly prepared amazing food and loved the wine. The staff was so helpful and happy - you can tell they are proud to be working here. We loved it so much we got a membership! We will be back again and again!

Laura was so great!!! We loved everything about this winery. We had the winery tastings and would highly recommend to anyone. People who appreciate great wine are bound to have a good time.

We chose to visit Leoness Cellars while we were on vacation to the San Diego area. My spouse chose this winery based on reviews and research. We visited on the 19th of June and ate lunch there before starting our tour at 3:00 pm. I had the shrimp and grits with an order of the gorgonzola fries, and my spouse had a caprese salad and truffle fries. The fries were amazing an plentiful [we could have done with just the fires as our meals]. The shrimp and grits were almost as good as what I've had in Charleston (hard to beat those cheese grits). The follow on wine tour was the highlight for us. The young man giving us the tour was absolutely fantastic. We ended up buying a couple of bottles of wine to bring home with us and purchased a few items from the quaint onsite store. Thanks for a wonderful lunch and tour!

This tasting experience is very expensive and not held in the "motorcycle" room for mid-week tasting visits. Wines are good just an expensive stop.

Outstanding winery tucked away in Temecula. We found it by chance when we were searching for wineries that are open late during the week. Wow, we were not disappointed! The locals who go there are very friendly, and gave us great recommendations while we waited in line. Their Chardonnay is incredible, as well as their zinfandels. Wine slushie is good too - not syrupy sweet at all like so many.

Here is how much we endorse this winery- we signed up for the wine club on our very first visit. They have outstanding deals if you want a little or a lot of wine shipped to you every few months. It’s a casual and low-key type of vibe, and very cozy. Can’t wait to go back for our free glasses all month long!

We visited to do a wine tasting, not visiting the restaurant. Fine enthusiastic service, nice selection of wines, and we found three different types we wound up buying. Nice gardens and outdoor seating with a busy restaurant. They will ship wines out of state which we appreciated.

Lorimar has the best reds in Temecula! They are consistent and so tasty! Please visit them when you come. If you like bold reds, you won't be disappointed. The zin and cab sav mourvedre are delicious!

SoCal wines are hit and miss due to the lack of proper wine grape growing conditions. Way too hot. Most wines I have enjoyed in Temecula are made from imported grapes. Very good food, wine and service at Miramonte. Lunch, wines ( excellent Rose) and conversation on the back patio was a true delight. I have not been to many places in this area but in my limited experience this is one of the best. Other highly rated places are a disaster. Do your research!

It was a short visit and we only had an opportunity to visit one winery. We were visiting family in the area and they picked this one.

We stopped in on a Sunday mid-afternoon, there was a decent crowd but not overcrowded. You can choose to sit at the bar or be waited on at one of the many tables. We sat at the tables and our sever was attentive and engaging.

Wine tasting is $25 for 6 pours and the pours are very generous. I am glad you could split a tasting card between two, since I was the driver, 3 pours were plenty. They offered a selection of red, whites, rose’ and sparkling wines to taste. I purchased one bottle and since I had to pack in my luggage they packed it securely for me.

It was nice just to sit back and relax in front of the fireplace with some good conversation.

Absolutely amazing staff and grounds. The wines were also the best I have had - better than NAPA! The Paella was top notch and breakfast was delicious (spanish toast 10/10). Outside patio and hot tub were perfect for sunset.

The Inn is a big house, so hope you do not get other guests like the one we had - intoxicated and screaming all hours of the night.

There was no room service or delivery of bottles of wine, which was very odd to us but I am sure there was a valid reason.

The Inn is up a hill and could be a pain for some to walk to from Bolero or tastings. Drinking and driving might be the only option. Transportation would make it more accommodating for elderly people.

    We will be back

Our party came here on a winery tour that we booked so the vineyards we visited were already pre-selected for us. This was our last stop of the day and it turned out to be my favorite out of all the 3 wineries we visited.

Callaway has breathtaking grounds that's suitable for great photo ops. The vibe and crowd is more on the high end and the wines were better in quality relative to the other stops we've been to. We had about 6 tickets to use for our tasting here with some wines requiring 2 tickets per pour. I enjoyed their 2019 Winemaker's Reserve Chardonnay, 2018 Wild Yeast Viognier, 2018 Wild Yeast Petite Sirah, and 2018 Wild Yeast Cab Sauv. If you like sweet wine, I heard their Port was spectacular so don't miss that one.

It's such a shame that the tasting was indoors. We hung out at the bar the entire time and didn't get to soak in the weather and scenery outdoors. Don't make that same mistake.

A truly lovely setting and the wines were quite nice as well. I had the "premium" red flight and found it interesting. All the offerings contained at least 40 per cent zin which is fine with me. The fortified Zin port was 100% zin. Very nice
