The wine tasting at Vndemia was much more fun for me than the Vegas-style atmosphere at some of the other wineries in Temecula.
Intimate setting, friendly people & big, bold reds make this our favorite Temecula winery Recommend the Wine Club for best value, fun events & access to exclusive releases.

Really love the smaller wineries vs the larger more commercial - such a nice feel to Wiens Family Cellars.
Overall, one of our favorite Temecula wineries.

We did the tour with Grapeline wine tours, and this was one of the best wineries we visited.
As you walk towards the winery you’re enchanted by the gardens, once inside you’re charmed by the staff, and as the drinks are poured you’re mesmerized by the bubbles!

Like many of the wineries in Temecula Leoness provides the "atmosphere" that transports you form California to a wonderful place that is still in California but feels exotic.
Excellent service and tastings including the last one we did which offered a tour of some of the vineyards where we were able to sample grapes off the vine while tasting the earlier vintages from the same vines!

So many wineries, too little time!~ so go to the best that wine tasting has to offer, Ponte Winery.
Our guide, Yvonne, was personable, very knowledgeable about the area, wine, the history of the winery and gave a tour we thoroughly enjoyed.

Temecula has a great future ahead of it with wineries such as Doffo producing such outstanding wines.
We recently went to Temecula wineries to celebrate our anniversary and being that this is our first time, was highly recommended to Doffo Winery.

As a travel writer and Temecula resident, I can easily say that I have spent enough time at each of the Temecula wineries to make as bold of a statement as to say that Peltzer is the absolute best.
We recently took a trip back to the area with our 6 month old son and spent an afternoon out in Temecula visiting some of our favorite wineries.

The staff at Europa (especially Dr. Doug) are very knowledgeable about all their wines and those of other wineries in the area.

I've been coming to Lorimar for several years now, and it is one of my favorite wineries -- definitely my favorite in Temecula!
... wines to be very good, and the winery itself is very beautiful with a great lawn to sit drinking wine, listening to live music and taking in the sun and great views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards.

Temecula wineries are always fun and this one is a gem.
Jesse showed us around Avensole's property and vineyards, we tasted a couple of wines while we toured the property, and then we were seated in a private room and had additional wine tastings with pairings of cheese.

This is going to be one of our new favorite local wineries to enjoy live music on the patio, sipping wine ( they also serve beer) and taking in the views and sunshine.
It's a beautiful room up and above the hustle and bustle of the busy tasting room where there is peace and quiet, pretty views of the vineyards and some undivided attention of your host/hostess.

Cougar Vineyard & Winery is a family owned and operated boutique winery located off the main drag of Temecula wineries on what is known locally as the “De Portola Wine Trail.”
Cougar typically sources its grapes from family owned vineyards that care for the vines on an individual basis and then hand-pick the grapes for delivery to Cougar for the wine making process.

We visited various nice wineries but the total experience of Mount Palomar was the best!
For the price, the wine tasting followed by a lunch overlooking the vineyard is why we return to Mt Palomar winery every time.

... a very spacious tasting room where you can try many varieties of both reds and whites, which suits both wine lovers and the occasional wine drinkers as well for a better understanding of wine itself and wineries.
If you're looking for a winery that has a great selection of wine tastings with an amazing view of the valley, this is a must visit!

Having visited several other Temecula Valley wineries we were looking for a place with beautiful view, great wine tasting and a restaurant for lunch.
The restaurant sits atop a hill adjacent to the winery and offers a panoramic view of the vineyards.

We researched small family-run wineries for our tasting and are glad we found this one.
Our first time here in Temecula wineries and Chapin had the best all around tastings.

I have to say that this has become one of our favorite wineries to visit and I am sure that we will return.
As a Wine Club member of Thornton Winery, I encourage if you're in the area (July through October) come out and enjoy some "outstanding" jazz, great food and excellent wines along with amazing people.

It was much less crowded than some of the other wineries which cater to the limo/bus crowds.
The icing on the cake was that the winery founder and winemaker, Phil Baily led the tasting, offering his insights throughout the session.

This is a cute little boutique winery & with that comes MUCH better experience and service than the big commercial wineries up the way.
This is a great little winery towards the end of the De Portola Trail, but well worth a visit The sit down wine tasting experience was great, and allows you to learn much more than the usual counter type interaction.

The winery is located on top of a hill with very stunning views of the grape fields on one side, and views of other wineries on the other side.
And the best part is that you are at the top of a hill within a vineyard, so you literally have 360 degree views of the vineyard.
