A brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Small food menu but good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good beer selections on tap and to go cans. Good for groups or family and friends.

I'd been hearing about Ritual from my coworkers since the place opened. Good variety of options on tap and some to go options (growlers and cans). When I mentioned it was my first visit, the bartender asked what kind of beer I liked and gave me a few sample tastes before ordering. If you're the DD, the house made root beer is really tasty too. There are high top chairs and picnic benches with giant fans to keep the air flowing in the warehouse. Entertainment included a stage and a giant area for games. I only saw corn hole and Jenga but heard there was a giant checker board. The only thing the place didn't have was food BUT they are cool with you bringing your own and Surfer Joe's is across the street.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner and drinks before going to a concert at the beautiful Fox theater in downtown Redlands. They have a good selection of menu items and I chose the Riely cheeseburger which was actually delicious. They also have a unique giant pretzel appetizer. But enough about the food. They had live music and the band Shotgun was a really good southern rock band that sounded great. But enough about the entertainment. The real star of the show is there spirits, after all it is a working distillery. The California clear white whiskey was my first choice which is actually aged in charred oak barrels for 30 days then filtered to remove the color leaving it crystal clear. The result of this process is a clear Bourbon with a warm yet sweet flavor. Next I had what I think Is the finest Bourbon I have ever taisted and I have toured Makers Mark and Jim Beam (Knob Creek) distilleries in Kentucky among others. They also have a number of signature and traditional mixed drinks on the drink menu. This place is a must visit if you are in the Redlands area or a destination spot if you love really great Bourbon.
