We loved this tour! Ben Mastracco was very engaging and very well informed. He gave interesting facts and history about the city and the eateries as well as holding conversations with us guests. One of the cool things I liked about this is Ben's knowledge of food, nutrition, cooking, science and history. What a perfect combination for a food and wine tour guide. Plus he is always looking for more historical information and ways to improve the experience. The portions of food were surprisingly large compared to other food tours we've taken. And everything was quite tasty. It was a relaxing pleasure from start to finish. (The only things I would add are asking at the time of reservation about food allergies or intolerances and announcing bathroom breaks.) And the eye candy is just an added bonus! 😉
