We just got home from our 7th fabulous trip to Barcelo Beach. I would like to thank the reception staff, the bar staff, the staff at the pool, housekeeping staff and all of the restaurant staff for a great trip!!!!!!!!! I will give a quick rundown of the restaurant's we visited this trip. Caribe, Hoyo 19, Miramar and La Brisa. Food was fabulous as always. The selection is almost too much to choose from. We also ate at Dolce Vita, La Fuente and Kyoto. These are all up charges of $15.00 per person which is nothing. I have to say that the most food per menu dish was at Dolce Vita. In a nut shell, if you go hungry its your fault. You can't go wrong in the Caribbean.
Now the only thing I wish would change is that Barcelo fixes the mini golf. My wife and I, brother and sister in law used to play after breakfast every day. They took up the fake grass and it isn't the same. I wish they would build a mini golf course like we have here!!!! But that wont deter us from going back. Trip number 8 already planned. !!!!!!!!

This church is amazing. We own a condo in the area and go to Sunday mass. Very uplifting and the parish is so welcoming. Gospel in Spanish and English. A sanctuary to visit with The Lord!

A few older slot machines and a few newer ones. Had to pay for a bottled beer but cheap drinks were free(if you dare). They didnt sit there and stare at you anyway. Small casino but larger than at any of the resorts except Hard Rock of course.

Excellent place, beautiful beach with a nice restaurant where you can rent a tent as well. Only Spanish speeking personnel. The road to the beach is a challenge. It's reached best with an off road vehicle. However we've made it with a small rental car

we visited this beautiful cave from taking a buggie tour and it was well worth it. the picturesque cave is so beautiful. It had long lines with locals and visitors trying to get in the cave pool. I couldn't get to dive in cause my son did not want to dive so I couldn't leave him. but taking pictures and just being there was all worth it for us. Thank me later when you see this beautiful cave. enjoy

Downtown Punta Cana has a lot of places to visit: the mall that has many popular stores and restaurants. And next to that, there is the Ikea home store as well. Nice area with many great people too

Playa Corales is one of the two mentioned public access points in this area (and part of Bavaro Beach). While all beaches in the Dominican Republic are public, it sometimes can be a bit tricky to reach them, especially in Punta Cana, where most of the beachfront row is blocked by well-guarded and fenced all-inclusive resorts.

It features a couple of public beach bars as well which makes it a lively and active place to be, including chill-out music and sun loungers. you can rent a chair & Umbrella for 500 pesos and bring your own goods. You can also grab ready-to-eat snacks, cold beers, or delicious to-go meals from supermarkets and restaurants approx. 5 minutes walking away in case you’d like to have your beach feast menu.

Zoho Beach Club is at Corales and you must go there for dinner, It’s a different vibe.

I have stayed at Secret Paradise which is just 100 meters away from the beach and I have seen it first hand, if you are not aware, you will feel you are trespassing into some society/resort.

Entrance: Google search for Sol Punta Cana Real Estate Point2 MLS/ Villa Blanca Beach Club- that’s your entrance. I have attached Pic of the entrance here for your convenience.

Parking: I don’t think it’s there as it's a gated community. but you can ask the guard.
Parking Fee: as per guard wish ;) try 50 or 100 D.Pesos.
