- BarbarossavichSydney, Australia90 contributionsCosy spot for a glass of wine or whiskey while listening to live music. I stopped by Kazimierz as I had seen on their website there was a musician playing so thought wine and live music sounded like a great way to spend a Friday night.
I stayed only an hour but loved the low lit room, candles on each table and being so close to the musicians. I received friendly, personable service and was made to feel very welcome. Taylor totally rocked a 5-wine tasting at the bar. Makes it easy to get acquainted with wines from Willcox AZ. I really loved the Molvasia and Sangiovese (the later is a cherry bomb; won me over even tho I normally don't enjoy Sangiovese). Very reasonably priced in cool surroundings with well-designed merchandise. No supermarket-type inventory here, rather a curated selection of wine covering a wide price range. High end imported wines and Napa cabs as well as bargain priced $10-20 bottles of delicious lesser known wines and everything in between. Prices that are competitive with Total Wine and Costco.
