    Great spot for movies, food, books & shopping
    Here there is something for everyone.

    Movie theater was clean and spacious (it is better to reserve/buy Tkts in advance through website)

    Street level though crowded has coffee shop, bookstore and Food
    Upper levels has a nice and upscale shopping mall as well as nice restaurantes to dine.

    It is safe place (there is security all around) for tourists but always be alert! You never know!

    A great showcase for Argentine cinema!
    This is a fantastic venue for the promotion of national cinema. It's an attractive building opposite the Plaza del Congreso and we caught some good local releases there recently.

    Ready for a movie?
    This is a huge movie theater, with 6 floors and lots of food options.

    They have a website where you can check the movies schedules and buy tickets, very convenient, since this movie theater is used to be crowded most of the time

    Good place for movies near lot of activities
    Cinemark is one of my favorites movie complex. The theaters are ok, good product there. Food is outreageusly expensive. But you are nearby a lot of restaurants, coffe stores, parks, a mall, some few blocks from top museums and whatrever you may fancy to do in BA.
    Avoid kids vacations seasons if you want the place not to be crowded

    A 70s Time Capsule For Cineastes
    I'm a fan of classic cinemas. It's a frustrating hobby as more and more of them get pulverised to dust by the wrecking ball, developers; at best, converted into multiplexes. Cine Lorca is a gem. It should have a preservation order put on it. It's 70s decor (multicoloured tiling, wood mosaic walls, red leatherette seats, ticket booth) make it a style classic. It's a shame it doesn't have a soft drinks, sweets, popcorn sales counter in operation. However, it attracts a loyal following; the late night showing of Macbeth that I went to had about 50-60 ppl. It's a strange shape: long and narrow. The distance from the rear rows to the screen is immense; does anyone ever sit way back there? The sound quality is superb. Great acoustics. Picture quality decent; not sure if it was the quality of film or cinema projection that made Macbeth a little washed out looking. But it was decent enough. Long may Cine Lorca remain!

    Good experience
    Very decent and good vibe! Service is extremely friendly. Pity they don't do popcorn spices!!! How can you not do popcorn spices?!! It's like eating unsalted meat!
