    Planetarium Galileo Galilei
The Galileo Galilei planetarium, commonly known as Planetario, is located in Parque Tres de Febrero (3 February Park) in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is situated close to Egyptian Park in the green belt of Palermo Neighborhood of Buenos Aires which is studded with beautiful parks, monuments and places of interest like Botanical Garden, Zoological Garden, Japanese Garden, Rose Garden, Tres February Park and lakes, Park Plaza Germany, Park Plaza Pakistan, Park Plaza Iran, Egyptian Park, etc.
Planetarium opened in 1967, hosting astronomical displays & exhibitions, plus external light shows. The building has five floors, six staircases and a 20 metres (66 ft) diameter room with 360 seats. The most important feature of the Planetarium is that its museum has a piece of lunar rock which was brought back to Earth by the Apollo XI mission and gifted to the planetarium by American President, Richard Nixon.

We went to this museum and were positively surprised by it. The kids had a blast experimenting with math, energy, velocity, sound, waves and many more. It's a must see if you have kids. We'll definitely return there.

This is a museum basically for kids and Spanish speaking. This is not a tourist attraction. You can give it a miss unless you come here with kids and understand Spanish

Great collections with very enthusiastic staff! Had a great time and would recommend a visit to my friends.
You can visit it in an hour, maybe two.
Their hours are a bit of a hassle, but worth changing your schedule.
