Amazing experience. We never imagined we would get here, and what an experience. Trip via Boulders beach for the penguins and the wind was howling but it was wild and wonderful!

A great afternoon hike for sure. Wonderful views, well established trails. Strong recommendation. Just don't go too late in day.

We found Inverdoorn a charming place to stay. Our Tankwa chalet was very comfortable and well appointed. We stayed for one night and had 2 game drives. Food was excellent (one veggie, one meat eater) . Lovely pool area.
Well organised and our private transfers organised by the company went smoothly.
Vehicles took 10 passengers. Our driver-guide was informative.
The animals have been brought in from elsewhere and are fed centrally, so you are guaranteed to see lions(in a separate part) zebras, giraffes, elephants, hippos, rhinos, buffalo, impala, springboks and ostriches but with absolutely zero thrill of the safari trekking chase.

Loved the walk through encounters. Favorite attraction were the monkeys. I feel that the ticket price for adults are a bit steep.🧐 Picnic area needs a bit attention.

Had fun at the ostrich farm and very close up to ostriches. There is a shop to browse ostrich products like purses and bags. And we got to buy bowls of feed to feed 2 ostriches in a designated pen. There’s also a restaurant in the same compound that serves ostrich fillet but we didn’t try the food. Overall, it was really fun taking a quick visit to the ostrich farm and happy to chance across it! Interesting to hold the ostrich egg and look at the ostrich egg shell art too.

I never knew this place existed, such a great walk and so many birds. Take mozzy spray because the first portion of the walk had lots of flying bugs. I would definitely recommend and rate Intaka island specially for birders

The area was well maintained and had numerous spots (hides and towers) to look out over the water and see the birdlife (though not much else). There was no entrance fee, which was a nice bonus.

A short distance form Cape Town and a scenic route slightly off the normal tourist route. Stop in Melkbosstrand for a meal !

Rietvlei and its bird hides are a long-time family favourite. While we went early this time it was shaping up to be a scorcher of a day. Clouds of what seemed to be mosquitos was everywhere and miniscule spider-webs were floating over the boardwalk. There was lots of birds, especially on the fynbos and reeds, but beware, the many types of LBJs will drive you nuts, mostly warblers and cisticolas. Take a picnic and chill out in a hide or next to the lake. If you are really lucky you might see an otter or mongoose.

Had such an amazing time with Santacruise tours!! Our guide, Tingo, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the city's history, sharing interesting stories and anecdotes at every stop. We especially loved his above and beyond professionalism taking care of our group from start to finish. He made my trip unforgettable!! I Highly recommend this tour!"
