- Simanta HJohannesburg, South Africa5 contributionsWe visited Victoria Yards, and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was vibrant, and we loved exploring the art studios and local shops. It’s a great place to spend time together, relax, and enjoy the creativity all around. We had a really good time!Written March 4, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Niria AçucenaMaputo, Mozambique180 contributionsHad an amazing time with my family! The park is clean and well-maintained, with trees providing shade along most pathways. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Lines were surprisingly short for a Sunday, with an average wait of just 4–5 minutes.
I enjoyed rides like Anaconda, Jozi Express, Raging River, High Flying Maverick, Tower of Terror, Fun Train, and Lazy River across two visits. Pro tip: buy tickets online, or if you’re not a South African citizen, bring your passport to purchase tickets on-site hassle-free.Written January 22, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Not a lot of places to buy food, so you must take your picnic with you.
Toilets spaced out well.

We got there and had a tasty snack of Greek and Thai foods. Lots of great foods, and great art and clothes. Love the regular mall, too. - Aussie_BinturongQueensland, Australia373 contributionsWhile I was still in the car the dancers outside Mandela’s house had formed some type of human pyramid but my guide had already warned me that if you look at them they will want money so I had to get out of the car with my eyes averted to walk to the museum. I know they don’t mean any harm but they are too in-your-face and you wouldn’t be game to walk around. I would have liked to look at the souvenirs on sale but again, I know how pushy the vendors are.Written August 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Heather SNottingham, UK209 contributionsA great museum with a surprising amount to see - cannons, planes, submarines - all sorts of things. We spent 2 hours there, and could have spent longer (bypassed some of the photos, and smaller exhibits) but left because we were doing the zoo (next door) in the same afternoon. Would well recommend.Written April 8, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Annemarie DCenturion, South Africa5 contributionsIn the sea of rubbish that is South Africa, the Gautrain and its stations is a clean island! Very clean and well run, no eating or drinking allowed in the stations or on the train, which really helps keeping it clean. Trains were on time, everything worked as expected. Well done.Written February 5, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
