No disappointment. Jerry got everything done (BC's and Regulators serviced, Tanks were re-certified). Jerry is always very courteous and professional, he knows his stuff! We needed it in a specified time and he met that expectation no problem. The employees were great with excellent service and friendly attitude. Only issue was we damaged the boat blade (easy to do on that day due to river being low)-charge for blade was $500 plus tax & labor. Our fault but charge seems to be excessive. - Ronald P5 contributionsI dealt with Robert who I think is the owner. I had a real good feeling on this place initially. It gave off a really legitimate vibe and Robert and his team were top notch and friendly. That being said ... my 5 star experienced got ruined when I felt nickel and dimed. Hence the lost star. I spent $270 on a jet ski rental for the day. But at the end of the day I needed $45 for the gas and my card wasn't working (which was totally my fault) and I only had $30 cash on me. He's got a business to run. I get it. But on the other hand $300 is still a lot of money. I ended up spending half an hour on the phone getting my card straightened out because of $15. It just frustrated me and ruined my experience.
