This tour was a great way to see sights outside the city. We didn't actually get to go inside the Santiago ruins, since it hadn't opened yet, but we did get to see the outside of it. I would have liked to actually go in, however, since this was advertised. The volcano was very cool, and we got some clearing of the fog so we could see the lake. The breakfast and lunch was also very delicious. On the river tour we did see monkeys, sloths, crocodiles, birds. We never saw the snake and frog collection at the private reserve. At the private reserve, we also ended up joining with another tourist who we shared the river tour with. However, we would have had to wait for her until she finished ziplining. Luckily, we also wanted to zipline, which was fun. But if we hadn't wanted to, we would have waited probably an hour for her to finish before leaving. It would have been nice to know about this beforehand. The overall tour was fun, and a nice way to see part of the country. It was about 3 hours of driving though. Overall I think it was worth the price and time.
