    Calming environment and great classes
    A calming environment and great space for mindfulness as well as exercise. I went to Hatha yoga and absolutely loved it. The instructor was so calming to listen to and I was really able to relax during my time there. The studio is on the second floor so it has a view of the sea which adds to the tranquil environment. Really recommend :)

    Review of: Yoga con Cyn
    Amazing!
    My friend and I booked a yoga session with Cyn during our first trip to Costa Rica. Cyn is an incredible women and instructor. Our practice on the beach was one of the most peaceful I had ever experienced. The location is beautiful and Cyn's instruction was magical. We will be doing yoga with her again when we come back to Costa Rica!

    Review of: InnSaei Costa Rica
    Best Yoga Experience
    Valentina came to our villa during our Costa Rican vacation. We initially booked her for one session only, but she was so awesome that we scheduled three sessions. She led our morning yoga on the villa's patio. It was so lovely to experience yoga in an outdoor setting with the breeze and sounds of water and birds. Valentina's approach, technique and personality were so refreshing, it was my favorite part of our vacation. I do not typically enjoy yoga but Valentina is the best!
