If you have more time then continue on to Manzanilla but remember it will be a 12km bike ride ;-) The weather was really good, glad I came as it was raining a lot in San Jose and here it was just perfect!

There was shade available in the tree line and we even saw a sloth eating leaves in the trees one night!

Our kids age 9 and 12 were enraptured - a truly memorable experience - being so close and alone overnight in a tree house with toucans, howler monkeys and other amazing wildlife.
After an easy 40 minute hike through the rainforest with an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, we had Hans, we arrived at the tree house and were helped to the top via ropes.
