I booked the Rio Celeste tour through them to see the sloths and waterfall at the National park. Gabriel told me to have my ID number ready because the park needs it for entry. Ok, no problem. Go on the tour and there was no National park and no waterfall! When I asked why afterwards, he tried to say the park was closed due to rainfall and that he told me and the other couple that was on the tour with me this, which was a blatant lie. If that was true, why did he say to have my ID ready for park entry?
He knew I mostly booked this for the waterfall as well, so I wouldn't even have gone ahead if I knew it was closed, and I know the other couple weren't aware of it either. To top it off, I contacted a very reputable tour guide about it and he said the park was open the same day I was there, because he was there also and sent me pictures!!! So this tour company skipped the good part of the tour to pocket the entry fees and get extra money and lied about it! Shame on them, and not even offering some type of refund.
