- Jamie M1 contributionHad a great experience having a coat fitted and beautiful shirts made by Linda at Stitch and Co. She's a real expert and helped recommend amazing patterns that fit magnificently. A complete pleasure to visit and I'll be sure to come back again

But you have to wait in the queue for 1 hour. The audio guide is well worth the price. I think you can spend a whole day here.Written May 18, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Jo-AnnWashington15,418 contributionsSurprisingly this temple is nice, a good size and historical. Just walking distance from the Changshou metro station line 7. There’s a variety of statues of gods and goddesses to be admired snd prayed (if you are a Buddhist). There are 2 Jade buddhas, one reclining and one sitting upright. Both in different parts of the temple. The reclining buddha is in white jade and the sitting buddha is in green jade. Sitting buddha sits in an airconditioned room where no photography is allowed. Pretty cool visit!Written August 2, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Mark F5 contributionsExcellent place! It's nice to see the Jewish history being celebrated in Shanghai. They genuinely saved lives.Written October 11, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- HeatherandKelSalt Lake City, UT89 contributionsLoved this museum. Had lived in Shanghai for over a year before ever going. Wish I had been sooner and had taken visitors. The model of Shanghai is one of the most impressive things I have ever seen. Great rainy day, or bad air day activity.Written April 9, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Doug CShenzhen, China291 contributionsFirst off, the place is difficult to find. Go to 726 builidng, and enter the entrance under the arch thing between the two banks. Turn right, and take the elevator to the 7th floor.
The museum is quite small, but we'll stocked. There are a couple of hundred posters perhaps to look at.
But, if you are a history nerd like myself, the gift shop is the star of the show. Original posters from the 60s... Original copies of the little red book in various languages, busts of Mao, old maps, old textbooks, old magazines... This place is a treasure trove, and will satisfy history buffs from a tiny budget of ¥150 for three copies of posters, to over ¥6k for rare originals, and everything in between.Written October 3, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Evan1 contributionI go to find Lucy today , very happy . 我今天计划去三楼找露西的店,结果发现露西的店已经搬到一楼了1003。露西特别好,耐心的给我讲解眼镜的相关知识,并且给我配了一副超好的眼镜。千叶眼镜 改名为子叶眼镜 1003Written March 3, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Jenn SLos Altos, CA55 contributionsVery spacious, affordable at just 30rmb for adults and kids under 1.3m free. Many dinosaurs in skeleton and animatronic form, many taxidermied animals of the past, a good collection of minerals and rocks, and ecology of shanghai. It was empty on a Friday morning. The sculpture garden outside is a big plus for little kids. Only negative is I think most of the items except the rocks are replicas, including the stuffed animals but maybe it's not bad since those animals are endangered or extinct. We did have to buy our tickets on wechat, show health code and passports to enter as foreigners.Written November 7, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- SharadJaipur, India302 contributionsHuge market with long rows with shops selling a variety of fancy items to suit the needs of every one. The prices are jacked up to the tune of 4 to 5 times the original price. The moment you look at any item they try to sell it to you which sometimes is irritating.Written March 8, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Deanosaur89Edmonton, Canada1,628 contributionsWe came to M50 on the weekend and it was not too busy. There are lots of exhibits you can walk in for free and see artists at work. The area also has many cafes and a few restaurants but none were overly appealing.Written April 3, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- bcheongShanghai, China25,843 contributionsOne of the best luxury malls in shanghai. Has most of the luxury brands. In the basement, most of the cosmetic brands are there except SKII. Also in the basement, a supermarket and Lady M. Upstairs a cineplex and quite a few restaurants. And of course, the first Apple store in chinaWritten February 3, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- bcheongShanghai, China25,843 contributionsProbably 1 of the best shopping malls in shanghai in addition to IFC. Unlike IFC, IAPM has many more restaurant and food options. As well as non luxury shops. And a Sephora and Muji. IFC is more luxury focused and a whole floor of cosmeticsWritten February 4, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- LoveTravelling1116Singapore, Singapore660 contributionsOne of the highlights in Shanghai is to visit this memorable acrobatic performance by their locals. It is rather expensive, undeniably, but completely worthy as it can be an eye-opener for those who haven’t watched it before. My first encounter with acrobatic performances was through television, but watching it live feels real and magnified, and as a form of cultural exposure to Chinese arts.
We purchased the ticket online and collected the hard-copy ticket on-site by exchanging details of our purchase. It took us at least half an hour to find the exact location of this show through asking around, after alighting at Shanghai Circus World train station. Luckily, we were on time to watch the performance and the show did not start promptly too. The number of audiences was like less than half of its full capacity, and mainly tourists. We were allowed to eat while watching this performance. Mum bought a pop corn at RMB 40.
After the performance, we decided to purchase their DVD at RMB 150 as souvenir. I was the only customer buying this DVD. The other tourists were rushing back to their tour bus.Written July 12, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - venkatrao tWashington DC, DC22 contributionsBest Shanghai development center by the city, Shanghai History, growth over the years, infrastructure plans, and water and sewer processing and reclamation. - Nick YHong Kong, China134 contributionsDuring the May, it’s rainy, sunny and a bit humid at Shanghai, was there visited the Fair of China Beauty. Very interesting fair centre as it’s really huge. Thousands of exhibitors and you really can’t visit all the halls, it’s impossible. Too big.
Also the problem of transportation is headache, I remember that one of the day need to walk 20minutes away from the exhibition centre, there is no chance at all to grab a cab or call for a cab.
I was at one of the park 20minutes away of the fair and waiting for a cab. It was around 5:30pm, the Mosquitos came out like crazy party. Luckily I have the Be3 Mosquito Spray that helped a lot, one Spray all around the body, thanks to the BOV system that the bottle can spray 360degrees. Zero mosquito bites at the time, while seeing others scratching....Written June 4, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
