    Brilliant Guide!
    Our tour guide Judy was amazing, so knowledgeable and informative, she made our trip to Zhujiajiao Water Town very special, would highly recommend this tour especially if Judy is your guide!

    Amazing, knowledge, flexible, helpful
    We arrived in Shanghai and wanted to tour the city and envierons, we were slightly weary as didn’t speak Chinese or hadn’t used public transport, we spent a day walking round doing not much, we then enquired with this tour company, this changed our holiday!! From the minute we were in contact with them, they advised, adjusted, answered questions and concerns and were just helpful in planning our day trips, they were flexible with everything, from the time of collection, to where we wanted to go, they took care of everything, we were like king and queen, they were even our private photographer! We went on the bullet train, the station alone is massive and intimidating, they took care of it all, the knowledge was second to none, and when we wanted to stop on the way back and visit some different areas and go shopping, they gladly came with us and helped us, and taught us how to bargain….if i could give it 10 stars i would!!

    Excellent walking tour
    We booked this tour for the end of August, expecting to sit on a bus for a few hours while driving through town. It turned out quite different and much better!

    Since the Confuscius Temple was closed for renovations, the organizer added Yu Garden Markets. They also offered to add some other attractions to the tour but we thought that we had enough on our schedule already, so passed on that. With this, all the attractions were within easy walking distance of each other, so it ended up being a full walking tour (which was fine since the heat was tolerable that day). I am not sure why this is called a bus tour, though.

    Our tour guide, Maria, was excellent and made this busy day between two long flights a wonderful experience. She was able to provide an amazing amount of background information and context for the things we were viewing, like the various pavillions, ponds, trees and rocks in Yu Garden, the 23 historical buildings on the Bund, the various high-rise buildings across the river from the Bund, and the main historical stores on Nanjing Road. She also had quite a few little stories and anecdotes along the way which made it much more interesting.

    The enterance fee to Yu Garden and some water were provided which was good (it was 28C with high humidity).

    Since we were the only customers on this day, our meeting point was moved from the advertised hotels to Yu Garden. On the other hand, we were dropped off at our hotel at the end which made up for the (small) taxi fare at the start.

    Maria was also very flexible in when to take breaks, when to move on, and happy to answer our many questions (often only slightly related to the tour). She even extended the time for us by about two hours since we had not moved so fast earlier. Trying to fit this tour into four hours would have been quite rushed.

    Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are extremely pleased with the tour. Maria was a very pleasant person and an excellent tour guide. We happily recommend this tour if you would like to see some historical and some modern parts of Shanghai.

    An awesome Hangzhou exper
    The guide was very informative and obliging to cater to our desired itinerary. The sights were spectacular and the tea and lunch were absolutely amazing

    Fun Evening on the River
    The evening river Cruise was fabulous! So pretty at night! Our personal guide Queena was a delight and very knowledgeable of local history and its architecture — and her English was very good!

    The Thai Gallery was some of the best Thai food we’ve ever had and the perfect finish to our Shanghai adventure. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai!!

    So Glad I Booked.
    This trip included a meal and the trip on the river. Queena was my guide. This was a truly memorable experience. The food was excellent. The trip along the river at night is a sight to behold. You get to see both sides, the new modern one and the old colonial side. I so enjoyed this tour.

    Suzhou and TongLi visit
    Tongli was beautiful and authentic. The lunch in Suzhou was delicious and the humble administrators garden was breathtaking! I very much enjoyed my guide Daisy who was very generous with her time and advice! We fit in some shopping on the side as well!!

    Wonderful day in Shangai
    We enjoyed this trip very much. The car was air-conditioned and comfortable to ride in, with a pleasant driver, who took us between the attractions. Our guide - Ms. Berlin - was wonderful!

    She tailored the experience to our needs (we are an older couple), took good care of us (she provided us with hand disinfection, face masks and refreshments along the way) and talked about Shangai most engagingly and with deep knowledge. Very professional behaviour and great English!

    The food we had at a modern Chinese restaurant was delicious. Everything was well planned and ran smoothly. We heartily recommend this tour and Ms. Berlin as guide!

    River Cruise + hotpot dinner
    We are very pleased with the complimentary upgrade of cruise tickets which allowed us to avoid the crowd on another level. We get to enjoy almost the whole level of the cruise ourselves. Our guide Caroline is very friendly. She is able to provide us with information accurately about the building and history of the bund. We even asked her for food suggestion for our stay in Shanghai, she even went to search for the address for it. Hotpot is delicious with variety food item to choose from and is super suitable in such a cold weather and after blowing cold air from the cruise. Overall we are very pleased this evening.

    A night on the river
    Alana was my tour guide and she did such an amazing job!! It was really nice to be able to go at night and see everything light up. The weather was nice so we stayed outside on the boat most of the time!

    We then were able to check out the French district and have some tea, it was a really great experience and Alana really made sure I was able to see some of the best things in Shanghi for my one night there!!
