    Really Nice Service from Nigel and his team. Nigel's team has given us a worry-free trip for all the journeys I had in China. I will recommend this to my friend and will use this service every time we come to China.

    Highly recommended transportation service
    We had booked with MIDI for return airport transfers and travel to Shen Xian Ju for a group of 20 people.
    It was easy, flexible to book with Jimmy. Every transport arranged was punctual with good experienced drivers.
    We will definitely engage his service again when we visit Shanghai next time.

    The best service in Shanghai!
    My family and I recently visited Shanghai for a family vacation and we used Miki for our transportation services for 2 days while you were there. You know that communication in China can be very hard with not having the proper internet and the language barrier but Miki made each day so enjoyable and pleasant for us. She was even able to get us around Shanghai at night safely with two kids. They took a shopping, picked us up and dropped us off everywhere we needed to go and the price was excellent for us. I am recommending the service to all people on here and will definitely use her service again if we travel back to Shanghai and when we go to Bali.

    Best team
    The team was awesome; they tried to meet our requests and changes for the trip. At the same time, they also rearranged the transport with the most cost-saving options.

    Excellent Service
    The driver was there 15 minutes early. While he didn't speak much English, he was efficient and timely. Correspondence with the company was easy and clear. Would definitely use them again.

    Variable Trustworthiness
    Many of the cab drivers seemed to get us there quickly but be prepared for an old school experience. If your phone is capable (iPhone) I recommend using Apple Maps and showing the driver your anticipated route. That might have helped my extended trip from the hotel to the airport although I am not sure it was this specific company...

    A great night
    We rent it last month for a friend birthday. The car is clean and quite comfortable. The driver is really nice he agreed to stop the SUV in the Bund. We really had a great night, :)

    Driver didn't arrive at the Airport
    We were traveling with 2 little ones and planning to skip the hassle of catching a taxi at 1am from the airport to the hotel. Unfortunately we get held up at immigration and luggage collection which makes us late appearing at the arrival gate. We were not greeted by any driver, but a bunch of taxi touts. I have sent and received a confirmation email from MK Shanghai a couple of days before our travel date. Such a bummer.

    In the end we had to line up and catch a taxi at the counter like everyone else. Couldn't give a fair review so I just rate poor for their lack of communication.

    Great! but I don't recommend
    It's comfortable because they will send you to hotel. But the distance it's quite long. I suggest tourist use Magrev.

    Best guide During China trip
    We just back from our China trip, where I arrange some day tours through local operator and rent car with driver. We have Jason as our tour guide on our shanghai day tour ( Zhujiajou n cruise ) , we re lucky it was a private tour . Jason been very nice, especially he speak 2 languages (to me n my nephews in english and to my parents n their friends in mandarin) My parents really happy (as the one other tour guide in beijing she did not want to speak in mandarin at all)

    Jason is very knowledgeable and kind
    Also Jason is very nice to help check my nephew’s camera left in the van (we realize it on the next day) and he s very kind to ask the drive to send back the camera

    Thank you Jason, will definetely contact you again when I m back to Shanghai.
