    Good place for walking and sightseeing
    Beautiful cultural place! The people is friendly, typical and delicious food, well-preserved ancient site! We took a tour and Snow made us enjoy the day and selected very tasty dishes.

    Fun and Memorable evening
    A friend recommded to watch this show, we were so glad that we did , Sunny was amazing and took great care of us, we were picked up in a nice car in our hotel,our dinner was in a super nice local restaurant, Sunny ordered plenty for us, i must say the dumplings and Shanghai pork were simply the best. The show was a magic and we thoroughly enjoyed evey mininute of it... Thank you Sunny for made our evening so memorable and fun!!!

    ERA Intersection of Time Show
    Great show! Very entertaining and suitable for all ages! A must see. You can buy your tickets on line at get your guide. When picking up your tickets, make sure to give yourself enough time as the line at the box office can be quite long. Also if possible have the hard copy of your invoice to give to the box office so that they can easily find your reservation and print your tickets.

    A beautiful experience!
    We were well taken care of the entire evening, from the pick-up at our apartment until we were brought back home several hours later. The cruise was spectacular and our guide Snow seemed to know all the buildings and told us stories as we looked out over the brightly lit buildings. We will visit the restaurant again and also do the tour on the river when guests are allowed to travel again.

    Great quick tour of key Shanghai soghts
    Had the fabulous Berlin as my tour guide who was brilliant and her enthusiasm for her job shows. If you just have a few hours available and want the key highs and a spectacular view of the City from top of the Shanghai tower then this is perfect.

    Our guide Snow was very kind and she knows all about Shanghai. We recommend you this trip, it was the best! The views we seen were so beautifully

    Suzhou and TongLi visit
    Tongli was beautiful and authentic. The lunch in Suzhou was delicious and the humble administrators garden was breathtaking! I very much enjoyed my guide Daisy who was very generous with her time and advice! We fit in some shopping on the side as well!!

    Wonderful day in Shangai
    We enjoyed this trip very much. The car was air-conditioned and comfortable to ride in, with a pleasant driver, who took us between the attractions. Our guide - Ms. Berlin - was wonderful!

    She tailored the experience to our needs (we are an older couple), took good care of us (she provided us with hand disinfection, face masks and refreshments along the way) and talked about Shangai most engagingly and with deep knowledge. Very professional behaviour and great English!

    The food we had at a modern Chinese restaurant was delicious. Everything was well planned and ran smoothly. We heartily recommend this tour and Ms. Berlin as guide!

    Layover at Shanghai
    They gave us very good service. And they took care of us very well. Especially Snow, our tour guide. She is very friendly and shared her knowledge about Shanghai. We went to Shanghai Tower, Yu Garden and the Bund. It was a truly great experience thanks to them! Will definitely book them again.

    Ancient Water Town during national holiday week
    During National holiday week in October can be very crowded. We book this private tour with the hope our guide would navigate the crowds. It was excellent. We missed all the crowds by arriving early and were able to tour the ancient town in relaxed atmosphere. As the crowds started to build we left the ancient town to a local farm and were able to pick Oranges and Dragon Fruit. The farm was 15min away from the ancient town. After the farm we headed back to the Ancient town and had lunch. This time we went to a less crowded part of the ancient town and walked some of the less traveled alley ways.

    National holiday week in October can be crowded, but with our private tour guide it was a success in avoiding what could be a very busy time. To make this happen our guide contacted us to start at 7:00am instead of the normal 9:00. Arriving early we did not miss anything. And coming back for lunch made us appreciate how nice it was and gave a second chance to look around.

    River Cruise + hotpot dinner
    We are very pleased with the complimentary upgrade of cruise tickets which allowed us to avoid the crowd on another level. We get to enjoy almost the whole level of the cruise ourselves. Our guide Caroline is very friendly. She is able to provide us with information accurately about the building and history of the bund. We even asked her for food suggestion for our stay in Shanghai, she even went to search for the address for it. Hotpot is delicious with variety food item to choose from and is super suitable in such a cold weather and after blowing cold air from the cruise. Overall we are very pleased this evening.

    Phenomenal Shanghai day tour
    This Shanghai day tour is amazing. The guide and company exceeded my expectation. Despite the disruption of plans due to typhoon in-fa the company was flexible to reschedule my tour to a brighter excellent for the tour. From the start to finish I was impressed. I can say from their quick response to questions and help with every detail their service was impeccable. My guide Snow arrived on time to pick me from my hotel. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Shanghai and made sure that I visitited all the important cultural spots that I was keen to visit. We started with the Yuyung garden and visited many other sites with historical significance. She did a phenomenal job and the day went better than I had expected. I would recommend the tour to travellers coming to Shanghai whether in groups or as individuals because of the great service they offer the that exceeds expectations.

    Beautiful Day in Shanghai with Snow
    Six of us had a very enjoyable day with knowledgeable tour guide Snow. We saw the zhujiajiao water village with the boat ride, and lovely garden. The food was excellent in the local Chinese restaurant. We also saw the TV tower and enjoyed the bird eye view from the top. The skywalk on the TV tower was awesome and exciting. We finised the tour in the xintiandi French concession.

    Would highly recommend with no reservations.
