    Sometimes the Oriental Pearl Tower means Shanghai. I saw it the first time on a book cover when I studied in middle school.
    You can climb up to the top and watch Shanghai at night.

    It is a huge building. You will realize how great human beings are. They can make a so high and large building.

    Don't ask for the skywalk
    Head into the front doors and you can pay for different tickets depending on how high up the building you want to go, however don't pay for the most expensive ticket. You may think that the most expensive ticket takes you up to the top floor, but it actually lets you take the Sky walk, you walk around outside the top floor of the building with only a harness keeping you from falling. If you want to do that, I admire your bravery and it probably would be good fun, but don't accidentally buy the wrong ticket. Once you go up the building you can look down and see the countless floors of the huge building and can see the other huge buildings in Shanghai. You can see Shanghai tower, the Oriental pearl and other parts of the city. Wait until it gets dark and you'll see the whole city light up in all of its colours.

    A brilliant view!
    2nd tallest building in the world and tallest in Shanghai, this is definitely a must-see attraction. I’d recommend going as soon as they open and not on a weekend so you can experience the panoramic views with a fight to the window!

    Beautiful wall on the river
    Don’t miss this attraction . Parking is limited . The view is spectacular along the river . The fresh flower wall makes a great back drop . The buildings on the west side has all of the tallest buildings .

    very nice
    it was cool to see some of the ancient architecture like this still standing and being preserved. This was one of the reasons we came to china was to see structures like this. The tower was cool, wish we could have went up inside it.

    Marvelous view
    The monument provides a marvelous view of the river and the New Town. It’s located at the end of the Bund river walk. The carvings below trace local history and extoll the struggles and rise of the Communist Party.

    Historic
    Located on the Bund, its history dates back 1865. It was reconstructed many times and last one was in 1999. Currently, houses a museum of history of the Bund and a restaurant. Looks amazing in evening.

    two towers
    Nicely restored towers in the centre of Nanxiang Old Town. They give the area an authentic atmosphere and a centre to the town.

    Can’t really miss it.
    Another place to visit when visiting the water town. I would suggest visiting if you live in Shanghai not really for tourists on a time limit. One of the quieter water towns
