Rooms are really nice with well designed and furnished bathroom. Fitness room is quite small but equipped with all relevant training equipment. On the contrary the pool is really great and could be reason to do laps. But don´t forget your swim goggles, the water is strongly chlorinated. Sauna is sufficient and the relaxing area is really nice arranged. Breakfast is served in two restaurants. One western style and the other one asian style. I habe only visited the western stye restaurant which has a nice view on the Bund river. Friendly, polite and helpful staff, they work hard to provide the best customer service.
In the SPA water area are a few bassins with different water temperatures and properties. A few jacuzzis, even an electric bath, which I had never seen before, it was a nice discovery:) 2 saunas, not hot, warm
You can have the body exfoliating and other treatments in there. Much more than necessary is provided.
Men and women are separate, you cannot wear the swimsuit in the bathing area.
Upstairs, you can have different kinds of massage and facials. All masseuses are professional, I did it every day during my 3 nights stay in the hotel.
There are heated relaxing stone and salt beds.

It worked wonderfully. We both conked out within seconds and enjoyed a restful snooze. Lovely decor, thoughtful staff. The only quibble was that we had a terrible time finding it and no one we reached by phone had enough English to help us out. I met Leslie back in September for my first facial with Elsia which was an amazing experience, I left glowing and had so many compliments from friends and family.
Leslie and her team provide a warm and inviting atmosphere and it is a tailored experience.
I met Maria last week who threaded my eyebrows. My eyebrows are my favourite feature and she did not let me down. I am in love with my eyebrows - again this was tailored to my needs!
I then met Helen today for the glow facial and again I left glowing! I feel so light, refreshed and rejuvenated after that experience with Helen. It was again tailored to my needs and everything felt so warm and inviting.
I booked for my next trip and massage with Helen next Tuesday. If you are in need of your next treatment SkinCity 5.5 is the place to go. The staff at the reception can speak English pretty well. She paid special attention to my problem zones and gradually removed the tension and blocks in the body.

Facilities are clean and staff quite friendly.

Just be aware that there is 2 section - one is man only or women only and one is mix one - nobody didnt speak english so you need to explore a bit. Mix part have cold (crio) sauna and some hot saunas...

I've gotten a lot of massages, and none have ever left me feeling this loose and pain-free. I was a little nervous because my lower back isn't so good and sometimes these Thai massages can be intense. It was intense, but Sal took care of me and really helped loosen that lower back up. About $65USD for 90 minutes.
