- ctburke26Saylorsburg, PA95 contributionsIt was beautiful walking through the Bamboo-lined path. It is a very easy and short walk around - not even 1/2 a mile and we spent 20 minutes there.Written March 30, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jordanmoore1984Prattville, AL19 contributionsA great park for the kids to play. Playground is for all ages, and there are a lot of activities outside the playground. Definitely a must visit for those who just moved here and for those who have been here a long time.Written June 25, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Stacy SBiloxi, MS196 contributionsThis is a lovely scenic part of this small towns history! We enjoyed walking along the creek & reading the historical markers. It's an interesting part of this areas history. However, there is no way to visit the gin & it's recently been converted to high-end apartments. I wish one part of this huge complex could've been made into a museum, there's certainly room enough for both at the sprawling place. Once again corporate greed beats out history.Written July 22, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Kwame MichealAnchorage, AK1,057 contributionsWith Team RWB Montgomery, Creek Improvement Committee, and friends we cruised down and were able to collect some trash and make some adjustments to the overall creek. We were in Kayaks and I must say, it is smooth sailing for most of the creek.
The temperature, despite it being in June, was nice because of the cool breeze and lots of tree cover. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. There are some shallow areas and you have to maneuver your way through them but it is nice. Sometimes, you may have to climb out and walk but overall expect to just float down and navigate. There are numerous areas where you can stop and get out, to rest and have lunch or snack.
I would say, after seeing a lot of flotation devices popped and strung along the shore and in the trees, certain types of devices are not going to work in the creek. Please be responsible and clean up the trash after yourselves. Also, if you feel so inclined, bring a bag, and a reacher, and take some stuff out. Overall, enjoy yourself, be safe, and keep these natural areas clean and nice for everyone to enjoy.Written June 29, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The courses were in fantastic shape and the weather was perfect for golf both days we were there. Both courses were challenging but should be on your list to play if you are a golfer. We will be returning for another golf trip. If you are going to play the RTJ Trail, you should make this one of your stops.Written September 20, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Terrie CThorsby, Alabama, United States924 contributionsI was passing through exploring town on this beautiful Saturday afternoon and decided to stop. This museum did not disappoint, there were so much history pertaining to Prattville and Autauga County. A sweet young lady extended her help nd greeted me as I entered. I decided to take my time and explore the museum on my own. I enjoyed the museum and encourage you to stop by if you are in the area!Written November 16, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
