The place was a kind of temple which was not ancient but it was surprising, the building was very tall which catches your attention for minutes, the water show was incredible but it was Indian so if you don’t know Indian, maybe you get bored

One of the best places to visit in Delhi. There are beautiful gardens and intricate designs on the walls. It's a peaceful place where you can walk around and take cool pictures. If you're ever in Delhi, don't miss it!

What an amazing place to visit, just a very, very special atmosphere.
Foreign tourists get to visit the temple itself as well as the kitchens where volunteers cook for thousands multiple times every day.
Loved the colour and warmth of the temple and rhe welcome we got. Besutiful music, singing, decor and smiles. Loved every minute, a wonderful experience.

Very crowded outdoor monument. Area was closed when we were there but were able to see it from across the street. The street between it and the presidential palace is closed to traffic and is a great for a long walk with lots of locals around and parks on either side.

I loved the LodhibGardens, a cool and tranquil oasis in the heart of heaving teeming Delhi.
The gardens are free to enter and offers lovely, shaded, leafy paths through the beautifully tended flowers, shrubs and trees. There's a peaceful lake too.
Another highlight was the beatiful mausoleum and mosque that face each other at one end of the park and the huge red bricked Fort at the other.
I had a wonderful hour or so just wandering and relaxing here on my first day in Delhi, a great introduction to the city's charms.

It's nice, nothing too amazing, the inside is very neutral. No photo inside. You'll have to leave your shoes at the cloakroom as usual

I wanted to explore the local street food so my tuk-tuk friend suggested me the Chandani chowk, I tried some chaat's & chole kulcha it was yummy but very spicy and oily. Then wandered around to take local things to take to my country.

It's a vast area behind the red walls, plenty of place to sir and enjoy the gardens. Better to buy ticket with museums cost approx 50 rs more but worth it.. it's open till 6:30. A few small museums inside are worth seeing. There is also a museum for which you have to pay 100 rs it showcases the history of the red fort with a small digital show inside. Didn't see the performance at 7. Maybe next time

This is the location of Gandhi's residence in Delhi before his assassination. The arrangement is moving, as expected. The close proximity visitors have is extraordinary. You are in the room where he had his last meeting and you can follow his footsteps to his evening prayer site and what was to be the last gathering. It is all so clear. Much of the residence is a collection of images.a video and his few personal and recognisable items. This is worth visiting.

I wanted to buy a black formal shirt from a Van Heusen near me, and I found it in Select CITYWALK. When I was roaming around in the mall, I found another good place, Bombay Shirt Company. I really liked their collection and bought a shirt from there instead. The fabric is really good. Even after several washes it has the shine of a new cloth.

Connaught Place is officially known as Rajiv Chowk after renaming in 1995, named after the Late Prime Minister of India Mr. Rajiv Gandhi. Commonly it is called CP. It is not exaggerated if we call it Heart of New Delhi. It is one of the main tourist centre, a main financial, commercial and business centre in Delhi. It is a prestige to have office in Connaught Place. There are showrooms of all major small and big brands, which attracts locals also for shopping. There are two circles, inner and outer with heritage buildings having shops, showrooms, lots of restaurants serving multiple and specific cuisines, fast food chains, snacks shops, tea and coffee shops, Multiplexes, road side hawkers, etc. was developed by Englishmen way back in 1933. The whole area and surroundings including Janpath, Rajpath, India Gate, Sansad Bhawan, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Lutyens' Delhi is well designed and beautifully constructed. Several roads emerge from Connaught Place in all directions going to different parts of the city. We were there to Shop wedding dresses and shoes etc. One can reach here by Metro train very easily. One can by handicrafts, local dresses of any of Indian States from State Emporiums showrooms situated near Shiwaji Stadium. Largest Khadi Bhawan is quite popular shopping destination in CP. We had South Indian food in Naivedyam Restaurant. One can enjoy street artist’s performances in the evenings.
